Kiyoko turned around, seeing Kard and the others. "Where were you guys? I was beginning to think....â€

Caine acked at being hit with a pillow and caught it before it could fall to the floor and shot Kiyoko a mock glare and hurled it back at her, laughing. Ritsu just sighed shaking his head and left the room into the back and put the baby in her crib where she'd continue to sleep soundly. The little girl giggling sitting on the counter watching the pillow fight ensue, knowing it'd be funny.

Deciding it'd be fun to get in on, Rath grabbed another little pillow and bopped Datenshi with it, snickering some, wagging his tail happily.

It didn't take long for Haruhi to change into one of the two casual sets of clothing she would declare to owning; a close-fitting emerald green tank top that didn't quite reach to her bellybutton was matched to a tight pair of denim shorts that looked like they had had the legs cut off, the edges frayed. Star Army boots, belt and gun holsters completed the ensemble. Before leaving the room Haruhi sent a short communiqué to her new ship's commanding officer, short and sharp it expressed that she had arrived on planet, obtained lodgings, and was awaiting more instructions.

Exiting the room Haruhi closed and locked the door behind her before heading off to find, borrow or hijack some form of transportation into the city of Kyoto. If she could find some decent green tea - not the generic crud that seemed to be the only thing that the nodal system on starships seemed capable of producing – then being forced onto a planet might not have been the total disaster it had been shaping up as.

Who knows, I might just find something else worth my time as well; this is supposedly the centre of the Empire after all...

During the pillow fight PANTHEON relayed the message to Kiyoko from Haruhi, in between giggles she managed to formulate a response. Haruhi, we are at the....Pillow Store downtown. Join us! PANTHEON then relayed a map to the store's location. The message likely seemed odd, due to the tremendous distraction from the pillow war.

Damn...and I was almost asleep..

Datenshi looked up as Roger and the owner came over to her bed. To his question, she just laughed a little and sat up, the pillow still in her grasp.

"Heh, All I can really get is a nice pillow or two..I don't have the money to get the entire mattress and everything. But trust me, I would absolutely love to."

The neko grinned a little as Kiyoko got onto her bed, and was just about to hug her around the waist from behind, until she was attacked. Letting out a rather loud eep Datenshi looked around.

"Who did that! Who dares attack the queen of pillows!"

It was easy to tell she was joking as she picked up a pillow and hurled it at Jatsu. He was the easiest target, not looking over at them and all, so she had to take it.

Rath, the little boy laughed with a kind of rolliing growling tone and somersaulted over Datenshi and landed straddling over her and whack her in the face iwth a soft pillow, his ears flattened back against his head to protect them andlooked at her and snickered. "You're really pretty lady." he said and bopped her again before turning and bopping Kiyoko in the upper arm/shoulder as well before springing up through the air in a backward somersault and threw the pillow, creaming Datenshi in the face again and darted off to hide from retaliation

Datenshi flailed as she was pinned and attacked, letting yelps of protest with each hit.

"Hey get back here! You aren't getting away that easy!"

With that, Datenshi grabbed a normal enough looking pillow from a nearby bin, and gave chase to the little kid. Getting him in her sights, she launched the pillow at his back.

The boy took off faster, hearing her shout and dodged behind a display, letting it miss and grabbed it up and threw it at her in return. Caine, seeing it was going to get out of hand fairly quickly backed off and stood near where the other guys were, staying out of the way. Yuriko giggled kicking her feet, sitting there she was. In a bit Ritsu came back out and leaned up against the wall sighing. "I swear you guys are worse than Yui and Hinosami were..."

Datenshi gave a rather loud erk, before she met the pillow head on. As she was hit square on in the face again she fell straight back onto her back, seemingly out from the hit as she just lay there in the middle of the aisle, staring up at the cieling of the store, the pillow laying on her chest.

"I'm never going to have a youngling..."

Transport into Kyoto was easily arranged, and it did not take too long before Haruhi found herself standing on the pavement outside of the pillow store indicated on the map included in the response she had received from Shosa Motoyoshi. Haruhi's initial reaction had been one of scepticism, what could the commander – and whoever else the ‘us' implied – be doing in a pillow store that she should join them for? If it had been Haruhi the answer would have been simple; buying enough pillows to attempt to turn the bunk she no doubt would have into a make do nest - the only proper way to sleep as far as the armourer was concerned.

The scene that greeted her on stepping through the store's doorway though was significantly different; the shrieks and laughs combined with the various hued cushions that flew through the air left Haruhi in no doubt that there was a pillow fight in progress. Suppressing the peak of eyebrow and sigh that tried to escape she stepped into the chaos, half taking in the stock littered around the store and half looking out for people and projectiles. Swatting down a teal pillow that strayed near her, Haruhi stepped over Datenshi as though lying in the middle of an aisle was a most natural thing to be doing before she came to a halt in front of display piece comprised of large pillows in a variety of colours, shapes and designs. Picking up one that was roughly square with nicely rounded corners she ran a fingernail-less hand across its surface, gauging both its texture and softness and comparing that to her personal ideal. Eyeing a price listing near the display piece Haruhi sighed dramatically.

Jatsu was interrupted when a pillow flew through his window and landed on his face. After a brief pause, the following muffled words came from the pillow: "Sorry to cut this conversation short, Aoi...but something just came up. See you soon."

He sat up, letting the pillow fall onto his lap. He picked it up by one of the corners. "It seems," he said, while spinning it around to pack the stuffing together, "that someone dropped something." He looked over at Roger, who he figured was the most likely to attack him. "I suppose I should return it," he said, launching the pillow toward Roger's head.

"Pillow wha-oof!" Roger splurted as he was whacked with the pillow by Kiyoko. "What in the world was that fo-HARBL," was his response to the second attack by Jatsu. "OHHH, that does it. I invoke the Nepelsian ultimate technique: Rage of the Angry Bastard!" With a warcry, he began chucking pillows at full speed at anybody in range and sight. "For the motherland!" he exclaimed, picking up an entire container and dumping it upon the closest target, who just happened to be Kiyoko.

Datenshi was quiet as she snuck up behind Roger. With a grin, she held the pillow in her mouth like a knife, and crawled around behind him on her stomach. As she got close enough, she hopped up and swung the pillow at the back of his head with a bit of power behind the attack.

"Sneak attack!"

Camellia stood there near the shop owner, cradling the elbow of one arm in the hand of another as she cradeled her head in her hand. Utterly embarrased by these people.

"Why, did I come?" She muttered to herself over and over and over...

Jatsu caught one of Roger's stray pillows, and grinned mischieviously when he saw Datenshi sneaking up behind him. He crouched down while spinning around as if performing a leg sweep to evade the rest of the pillows, then after fully completing a 360 threw the pillow like a frisbee toward Roger's knees.

"Baka!" Datenshi took the pillow she had, and hurled it at Camellia as she whiped herself around to look at her. Datenshi grinned as she watched the pillow fly, before she ducked by another bin to grab another pillow.

Camellia extended the hand she used to cradle her head and blocked the pillow effortlessly, letting it fall to the floor with a soft thump. "No aiming at non-particapants." She chided the hiding armor pilot.

"Silly neko, your pillows can not harm me, don't you know who I am?" Roger said, picking up two pillows from the floor. "Two fisted action hero attack!" he cried, diving over the bin that separated him from Datenshi and throwing both down upon her in midair. He kicked down the pillow coming at him from Jatsu, holding a crane pose afterwards. "Your flying tiger pillow style is inferior to my twin heavens pillow style!" He quickly grabbed two more from a nearby shelf and whipped them at Jatsu, then ran into the next aisle.

"Erk!" Again decimated by pillows, Datenshi laid on the ground seeming injured.

"Medic! I need a medic!" She then began a rather dramatic (If overly) show of her injury, complete with sounds and groans of pain.

"ALRIGHT STOP!" A woman said, walking through the door, blasting an airhorn and glared at everyone. Caine sighed with a sweatdrop as he walked over. "I'm terribly sorry ma'am." he said.

Lav sighed. "I swear they're worse than Yui and Hinosami are sometimes." She said and groaned. "Please people can you stop trashing my store?" She sighed.

Ritsu groaned, the baby starting to cry in the back; he was about to go calm her down when her mother went into the back speaking with her husband for a moment, he nodded. "Alright people I know you're still military but please stop acting like children." he said in a snap. "If you're not here to do business I'm going to have to ask you to leave."

Caine sighed again grabbing the pillows from the crew that still had them and went to put them away, setting the bin back up.
