Ketsurui Prison's Prisoners

As it is, I think you have to talk fast to justify her not being in solitary as deep in some hidden prison as possible. NMX agents don't get the kid gloves, after all.

Without Wazu to pay her meal ticket she'd go back to what she does normally, selling her services on the black market, selling slaves / drugs / ect.

Good ol' life of crime type stuff. This gets her out of everyone's way and explains why people haven't seen her around.

You have to justify it being different from what is there. We're under no onus to justify what's been done anymore.

Since the authorities have no evidence to think that Uso/Harm was involved in the bombing...

Except the changes were made within the 30 days. I was notified and asked Wes to not make changes like that to my characters.

There is no reason for people to think Uso/Harm was involved in the bombing (she wasn't, she just helped transport some NMX planetside)

And there is no point where they could have caught her in the first place. So yes, this is metagaming both in the going against the site rules and in that there is really no way for them to capture/suspect her.

Unless some of those NMX were interrogated, gave up Harm, or a thorough background check finding evidence to the contrary was had. After those thirty days were up even after you told Wes what you told him you gave up your rights due to being inactive. I'm not sure what was agreed on between the FM's but what was done was done.

Could've just waited to remove her from the list, and agree upon something with him here and now. And then done so. No harm, no foul. -Shrugs-

Do you have the date of those PMs? I will attempt to verify them.

You left the site. Even if you didn't, Wes is the setting manager. He ruled that she was caught, and sent to prison. You can accept that, or you can get over it. Wes has the final say under ANY circumstances.

2011/10/22 was the first I sent a message to you (I think it was over steam, based on when I was first notified of the changes to Uso's character sheet).

2011/10/24 at 6:54 PM and 43 seconds is when I messaged Wes over Yahoo.

Since I left the site in October, this is well within the 30 day window.

I thought you left around the 22nd of June, though.

I wasn't able to find any PMs about your characters around that time in my inbox or sentbox. I also checked my Chatzilla logs of the #StarArmy chatroom from 10/22/11 and 10/24/11. But if it was in an IRC conversation or Steam it would not have been logged.

Anyway, I think a retcon is possible, but that if we are going to retcon it so she wasn't captured, we need a good explanation of what would have happened in her life since then instead. Also, if anyone can produce evidence from the RP that could be used to justify her going to jail, now's the time to post that since I'm deciding on this issue in the next day or two.

I'd strongly recomend you give it more than a day or two Wes, given that it can take awhile to sift through RP posts.

Regardless of whatever else she's guilty of, Desertion is on there, at least. So Nepleslia would want her to stand trial for that, though I don't know what exactly their standard punishment is for that.

Not to mention that, evidence wise, Uso himself admitted that Uso (the character) commited a crime by transporting NMX to the surface. So she is an accomplice actually.

There is no reason for people to think Uso/Harm was involved in the bombing (she wasn't, she just helped transport some NMX planetside)

^-- This here. While Uso/Harm wasn't involved in the actual bombing, she did transport the NMX that were and that makes her an accomplice and just as guilty.

Do we know that ICly?

Also, Harm not only produced Mishhu in Funky City, she also made a bomb:

Harm had acquired most of this gear herself, and would go to work assembling, having paid in cash for the top two floors of the building. She would rig the entire top floor for video and sound first then put her components together.

Fertilizer, Styrofoam, and heatlube could easily be broken down and reassembled into basic explosives that could be packed along with durandium shavings into a Durandium pipe which could in turn be remotely controlled by a Datajockey.

I'd assume the military would catch on when a supposedly brand new, and highly recommended officer permitted a transport to land shortly before or during a major Mishhu attack, and there were no reports of a squad or anything on it. Doing anything in the military means lots of paperwork, and confirming things with people, after all.
