"Depends," answered Takeyu as he thought on the soldiers question. "I'll have a better idea once we get to the core itself, it's possible to overload the reactor just by taking out coolent lines, but that's provided they don't have a backup system for the Core itself. I'd have to wait until we get there," he did sound a bit unsure, what he knew about the core was just pultry compared to what he didn't know - and he wasn't about ready to tell his fellow soldier how they were going to overload a reactor if even he himself didn't fully know 'what' kind of safe-guards the reactor has.

Team 1

Konoka’s patients patiently lay up against one of the walls as she treated them but Signe seemed nervous standing still. The satchel charge was still burning nearby. The elevator was in use again judging from the noises.

Ahead of the team, towards the core, a blast shutter began to lower.

Team 2

The Mishhvurthyar just stayed quiet for a moment, its four glowing green eyes starting at Akemi with hate. Then it said the last thing she wanted to hear. “I SURRENDER AS YOUR PRISONER OF WAR,” it telepathically told her.

In the cloning room, Helen could see that the specimens were ready to be imprinted and activated. At the other end of the room a squad of Rippers charged through the door.

Supply Room

Akemi became aware of the Rippers in the other room by monitoring the information Helen's armor's sensors received. Without missing a beat she responded to the Mishhu. "I accept your surrender. Disable the Rippers in the room next to us. If you will not or cannot I will render you unconscious, hold you in front of me and carry you into the room as I engage them to ensure you are not able to leave my custody."

Team 1

Sune took a moment to survey the status of their team. Three dead multiple injured. He knew it could have been worse. He had no status from the other team, but that did not surprise him. He recalled from the mission logs that the other Shosa was perfectly fine with letting another group deal with a problem if it helped her achieve her mission.

He looked down the corridor and saw the blast shutter close., "No time to rest folks. MOVE MOVE... we need to get past that blast shutter. Assist the wounded no one is left behind. Takeyu see if you can override it to give our folks time to get beyond it. "

Team 1

"Got it Shosa!" shouted Takeyu as he sprinted toward the blast door with his squad following close behind, he then looked around for a means of overriding it, such as a control panel or - if there was none - he'd just use his rifle to slag it.

Team 1

Takeyu found a control panel, but when he pressed the OPEN button, it asked for a pass code. It took all four of his infantry escort to hold the door open. They ended up on their backs holding it up with their legs and arms. Ahead he could see another blast shutter was coming down in the passageway.

Team 2

"I AM TOO INJURED TO MOVE," the Mishhuvurthyar telepathically said as it continued to lean on the corridor wall.

Cloning Room

When the Rippers made their way into the cloning room, Helen was quick to spot them and react, as she moved herself between the Rippers and Reika as she swiftly sized up the situation. B and C models... nothing impressive, I can handle this. Helen thought to herself as she switched her Gatling to a focused scalar pulse setting. A lack of shields, that was the main flaw of the recent low-cost model of Ripper. She figured their systems were of course resistant, but with the lack of shields, it was likely she'd be able to lightly cripple the units in preparation for a full on assault, that was if it was needed.

As Helen pressed down the trigger on the Gatling, releasing thin pulses of scalar energy in rapid succession, sweeping the Rippers and targeting their vital systems and their weapons in the process while avoiding the cloning facility equipment, Helen opened up a communication line to the rest of her team. "Team Two, sitrep." Helen ordered, wanting a report from the rest of the team as to their current situation. Along with the message, came telemetry from her AIES, indicating the exact placement of the Rippers, even through the bulkheads. As she sent one message, she sent a brief message to Team One.

"Still alive, additional objectives added to our end of the mission, still on schedule."

Supply Room

Akemi began to use telepathy to speed up communication. "I'll assume that means you can disable them. Turn around and I'll take hold of you and bring you to them. Give me any trouble and a condensed aether sword will extend from the arm holding you and go straight through your head."

"No one do anything to this person. It has surrendered. I will handle it," she said to those around her. The neko purposely used the word person to try to show it some respect in the spirit of cooperation despite the fact that others might not take kindly to her doing so.

Akemi reported to Helen. "I have taken the Mishhu prisoner. I am bringing it to you to have it deactivate the Rippers. I do not know that it can or will, but that is what I have told it do."

She resumed speaking to the Mishhu and began picking it up from whatever spot looked like the best possible hand hold and quickly started moving it towards the other room assuming it complied. "I expect you to try to impede and deceive us any way you can, but if you honestly help us and do not try to give us trouble I promise to try to ensure your safety from your fellows and my own. Naturally, I cannot guarantee it, but I have nothing against you and do want to see you get out of here without suffering further harm if you cooperate." If possible, Akemi used gravity manipulation to prop up her captive.

Once more she directed her thoughts to Helen. "The Gartagens are now armed and ready to work with us. They are soldiers belonging to the Gartagen Rapid Reaction Force."

Cloning Room

"That's all good and nice, just make sure to monitor that Mishhu's transmissions closely, he has the same telepathic abilities as us, that makes him a possible threat even if his body has been badly damaged." Helen replied to one portion of the report, before the matter of the Gartagens came up; "Good, at least they won't be too much of a burden... now be quick with that help, I want to be out of here as soon as Reika finishes with this machine."

As Helen spoke, her mind worked on the task of fighting, while also moving some of her 'memories', or the data which makes her who she is, into a series of encrypted files which she moved into her Kylie's on board computer. Helen moved memories of important and sensitive data which she simply did not trust running through a ST system owned by the enemy.

Squad 2

Takeyu cursed. "We have another blast door shutting, my squad has this one open, but you need to get moving!" he shouted to the entire team as he looked the control panel over, then cursed again. "No time," he scowled and got up.

"Squad two, once everyone is through, high-tail it to the next door and help me keep 'it' open," he ordered and ran for the next door, stopping just short of it to check for another control panel and, hopefully, see if he can keep this one open without risking his squad.

Supply Room

Akemi did as Helen ordered. She would have paid close attention to the Mishhu's telepathic activity even if she hadn't been told to since sending information to its allies was the only way it could significantly act against them at the moment.

YSS Vesper

With Tomomi's time as a loaned IT specialist is coming to an end, she quickly typed a quick secured message to Hanako while she waited for a final diagnostic scan of a minor system to be completed.

Code:
Shosho,
Nearing completion of my assigned mission on the Vesper. What are my next orders?

Yonto Hei Kurita

She leaned on a near by wall as she waited, arms folder across her chest.

After getting past the first door Sune looked at the control panel. "Nayacesen-Shoi, your an engineer. Rip the cover off the shutter control panel and hot wire it. Will I praise the dedication of our soldiers, this current method places them and the mission at risk. We can not have our people getting caught under one of them." he sent telepathically to Takeyu.

Team 1

Takeyu skidded to a stop, and did a one hundred and eighty degree turn before running back to where his squad one. Yea, why didn't I think of that.. he mentally punished himself as he ran up to the doors contron panel and ripped it off, then looked at the internal wiring, sighed, took in a deep breath, then began to work on hot-wiring the door to stop it from closing.

YSS Eucharis

"Tomomi, get coordinates from our teams and teleport in to go help them," Hanako sent back. She turned to Blueberry. "Status report."

Blueberry was watching the Mission Operations console closely. "Team 3 is taking heavy fire outside the computer area. Team 4 reports no contact with the NMX VIP and is moving to reinforce Team 3. Sending a request for status to Teams 1 and 2 now." Blueberry sent a secure ultra-wide-band frequency hopping transmission to the Helen and Sune, "Teams one and two, please report status."

"Enemy ships are starting to power up for deployment," Blackberry warned. "The Nest is shaken up."

"Get me the Taisho," Hanako ordered.

Team 1

"Don't Have to tell me twice"

Bors said signaling to his squad to follow him as he ran down the hallway, sprinting at full speed towards the closing blast door. Seeing that the door was almost closed, he slid underneath it legs first with his rifle at the ready in case anything was waiting for them on the other side. After clearing the door, he waited for the rest of his squad to follow suit, while keeping his rifle pointed towards the opposite end of the tunnel.

As Soon as Bors relished that the other blast door was closing he took off toward the door,

"Same drill as before team, keep your weapons at the ready in case there is something on the other side."

He said to his squad as he dipped underneath the closing door. As Bors scanned the otherside of the door he received the message from the Eucharis.

Code:
Team One reporting in, no recent contact with NMX Forces also no causulties, supporting Takeyu in.....door operations currently

Bors messaged to the Eucharis before rescanning the area in case he missed something.

Ramiro looked around as he tried to process everything that was happening. Realizing that he was no help where he was, he dashed over to the nearest piece of technology that he could find that would be hard-wired into the ship. Next, he began the tasking process of trying to hack his way into the Mishu's data files and find some sort of way to find them a ship.

Using the skills that he obtained regarding starship operations, computer operating systems, communications equipment, starships in general, all combined with what he remembered researching from his time teaching at Fort Ready, he did the best job that he could trying to breach the virtual security of the terminal that he was at. His hope was that the squiddies had never fathomed the idea anybody successfully infiltrating the nest, much less survive long enough to attempt a hard-wire hack, and thus their security on their own terminals would be significantly reduced.

As he worked, he tried to draw information regarding NMX computer systems from whatever his armor had access to. He wasn't an expert on Power Armor operations, so he wasn't sure whether or not they had the ability to access Star Army information in his current situation without compromising their own virtual security.

"...oh. I actually have a feeling there will be plenty of breaking to do here shortly." She was rather surprised it wasn't already necessary. Helen's transmission cleared things up a bit, adding more information to her map. The party was next door, apparently. Mitsuko glanced around the room before replying, hesitating, finally only trusting herself to send Helen a short text message.

Code:
Shosa, things are surprisingly quiet. Area is as secure as could be expected, considering our location. What should we be preparing for next, Shosa? Which direction will we be headed?

She hoped asking questions hadn't been too forward. Honestly, Mitsuko was worried that she shouldn't have sent a response at all. She was just very interested in where Helen was planning to take them. Hopefully they would be moving again soon. What was going on in that room, anyway? After double-checking her map to confirm what she'd seen in there while on the conveyer, Murakami decided she probably did not actually want to know.

Cloning Room

Reika's eyes widened in sudden understanding as she realized Helen's intent in coming back to the cloning facilities. Whilst Helen covered the entrance, the operative placed herself before the devices control terminal and set herself to the task of bringing the machine online.

The terminal initially appeared to be protected against unauthorized access -- fortunately the neko was trained to break computer protections such as these as part of her SAINT training. Uploading a hacking program she had set aside for such an eventuality from storage within her Daisy's computer memory, Reika utilized it to bypass the lock-out and manifest the ST devices volumetric control display.

Reika withdrew from the console, turning her rifle upon the approaching rippers and unleashed a volley of projectiles -- adding her gunfire to Helen's energy bolts. Simultaneously, she utilized her suits comms to contact the SAINT officer. "Shosa... the ST device is online and awaiting an upload. I hope you're right about this, ma'am; we've no idea how a personality will be affected by transference into one of these... things." Within her Daisy, Reika shuddered as she mentally pictured one of the hybrid monstrosities lying in the cloning cylinders.

Team 1

"Almost got it..." muttered Takeyu as he worked on the doors, and glanced up at the door to see where it currently was, but kept his focus on it. He also made ready to high-tail it to the next door to repeat the process.
