Misato Quickly did what the Taii ordered, sending every drone out to kill the parasites. She had never ran into one before but if the Taii's reaction was to kill it with everything they had then that was what she was going to do. Once the drones launched and zipped down the hallway she sent at message to the Taii.

Sir, I could Teleport down there behind the Neko and the parasites and flank them, as you guys go around that corner.

She was sure that her tp maneuver would work a second time.

Mitsuko nodded quickly. "Y-yes Sir. I'm fine." At the second question, she made a small gesture with the pistol she still held. "We should both have one magazine left, Sir." She took a moment to double check her firearm, just in case. Then, Murakami blinked, surprised at the offer from Bors. He hadn't seemed like the type to give up a weapon so easily. "...w-well, if you're sure."

She holstered her pistol before holding out both hands for the offered weapon. Mitsuko glanced at Tomomi, ready to pass it over if the other Neko showed any interest in it.

"You would make a horrible Neko anyways. Why not just upgrade to a standard Yamataian body like myself?" Tomomi said to Bors. She managed to hold her tongue about he would fit in as a nympho because of blueberry.
She then walked over to him and placed her hands on his rifle.

"But if you are serious about the temporary donation I am happy to accept." Tomomi then looked over to Mitsuko. "Unless you want it."

Jonathan did as instructed, launching his own quota of drones and sending them to attack the parasites alongside those belonging to Misato. As they zipped away, he staged himself alongside Takeyu, shield up and ready to rock.

There was no sign of the neko or the parasites. They had gone somewhere deeper into the facility.

"We should get moving," Blueberry Chui said. "If it is clear, go deeper."

Natsumi checked on the updates from her drones outside as Bors was being treated. She was glad her roomie was getting taken care of now. With no sign of anyone tampering on the shuttle she focused her attention to the conversation between the others.

"I'm ready to help out where you need me, sir" she said to Takeyu.

Glancing at Mitsuko and Tomomi, who were running out of ammo and lacking armor. "We brought power armor, supplies and ammunition in the shuttle for everyone that need it" she said. "I recommend we get what we need before preceding further into the complex"

"If there's available power armor, then I want those on the team to get into power armor to give them at least some additional protection in case we run into anything worse than a Neko, such as more Rippers...." the Taii's voice trailed as he looked down the secret passage. "Once suited up, get your asses here as fast as possible and join us in the passage."

"Alright, let's get going then," he motioned to those in his team that were in power armor and then toward the tunnel and began to descend into it, keeping an eye out for the Neko and her lovely little guests.

"Oh, no...by all means..." She instead used her empty hands to wave off the offered rifle. Mitsuko turned away from Bors and Tomomi as the others spoke. The update Natsumi brought changed the situation, making the loan unnecessary. She listened to the report, and her orders, nodding quickly. "Yes, Sir!" She bowed, before rushing back toward the entrance.

She was glad there were no surprises related to the shuttle, this time. Once inside, she shed her new coat, searching for her armor. It was easy enough to tell which one was hers. The helmet still had a very shallow dent, the long scorch mostly repaired. The metal there was a slightly different shade, resembling a scar. Mitsuko gulped, remembering the only other time she'd worn this armor in the field, and what had happened to her then. After a moment of hesitation, she shook her head, moving safely away from the cold of the shuttle's door to remove her AMES and get into the armor. She wanted to return to the others as soon as possible.

"Its fine, I'm gonna be out of commission for awhile" Bors said handing Tomomi his pulse rifle, "Just don't lose it, I expect your to bring it back."

Bors winced as Blueberry stuck him in the needle in his neck letting the HS blood flow into his system.

Misato followed the Taii. She was concerned with the fact that there were still nmx nekos running around. 'At least they are nekos and not more Rippers,' she thought. She moved slowly and as quietly as she could. She moved her drones further down the passageway to look for the neko and her parasite friends.

Unfortunately, the Neko had switched places with a Ripper. Misato's drones were destroyed by it as it charged towards the team, spraying aether from its forearms and rounding the corner to fire missiles at the team!

"Get down!" Blueberry yelled, shielding Bors with her body as explosions filled the room. "Return fire!"

One of the missile impacts sent Darksky against the wall hard enough to knock him unconscious.

"Oh bloody hell," muttered Takeyu as he grabbed DarkSky and began to pull the soldier out of the line of fire while also returning fire with his own weapon. "Get some fire on that Ripper!" he shouted to his team. "And keep an eye out for the damned parasites!" he said as he deployed a drone and set it to anti-missile duty while he set another one to monitor for any parasites.

With out thinking much more then a few curse words, Misato fired the last flight of missiles she had at the ripper and laid a few gauss and sub-machine gun rounds at it. She had to get behind this thing so that the others could hit it also, so she did what she did before and teleported behind the ripper. With hopes that that impact of the teleport would know the ripper down.

Bors said into Blueberry's chest as she covered him from the explosions.

"You could also throw in some weapons fire of your own."

Natsumi dove to avoid the missiles, landing face first on the ground. As the missiles exploded behind her, causing all sorts of chaos, she directed her shoulder mounted gauss cannon at the Ripper and opened fire, aiming for a center of mass hit on the enemy power armor as she scrambled back to her feet and readied her rifle.

Her own armors sensors detecting Misato's teleport behind the Ripper, Natsumi cut fire on her gauss cannon, not wanting to hit her companion.

The mention of Mindies being available made Tomomi give the plasma rifle back to Bors. She pulled out her NSP and made her way to the shuttle with Mitsuko.

Tomomi posted guard at the shuttle while Mitsuko, waiting for her to replace her. She scanned around for any movement.

Mitsuko finished suiting up after a short wait. She had to double-check everything, of course. Soon enough she was stepping outside to replace Tomomi, rifle in her hands. She just nodded to the other soldier, staying quiet. The time it took for her and Tomomi to suit up was giving her a chance to calm down and relax again. She knew she'd be joining the others again in a few minutes, and things would return to being chaotic.

Takeyu's shots hit the Ripper's shields briefly as he dragged Darksky out of the line of fire. It was hard to get an angle to shoot at the Ripper due to the confined space and narrow corridor it was firing from. Misato's Missiles streaked by, causing an explosion centered only 5 meters from the point it was fired, sending blast wave back into the reception area and filling the room with smoke as her armor disappeared in a flash.

If Bors had lungs, they would have been ruptured by the force of the explosion so close to him. Luckily he was out the direct blast thanks to Takeyu's quick thinking.

Yelling over the shooting, and not really audible to Bors' bleeding eardrums, Blueberry shouted to him: "We don't know what else is in here so I am bringing you back to the ship!" She then began moving him out of the facility.

Natsumi was disoriented by the concussive force of the missile blasts, and the Ripper sprayed her with aether blasts as she hit the floor, tearing up her armor's left side including some of backpack area, which caused some issues with its systems.

Outside

Hanging in the cloudy, snow-laden sky, Mitsuko and Tomomi could make out the reassuring presence of the YSS Eucharis, its bright red and red navigation lights shining on its wingtips with its bird-like shadowy shape in between.

Blueberry came out of the cave carrying Bors and jogged over to the shuttle. "I am taking him up to the ship. You two help out the away team. When you are done, call for extraction, we will be right up there!"

Once the teleport slammed her back to reality, She spun to the left to bring her weapons on target. she realized her missiles did more damage then any form or good, she took a mental note that if her survived this she wouldn't use them indoors like this again.

Once she fully spun to face the ripper she kicked on her suits movement systems and pushed herself directly at the ripper with her Gauss and her Sub-machine gun firing. Her hopes were to pin it to the wall and pound a hole through it.

"Oh hell!" Natsumi yelped as she felt her armor taking hits. Red damage indicators lit up on her systems status display, flashing where her armor had been hit. She quickly rolled out of the way, finding cover away from the secret door.

She got back to her feet, checking her rifle, making sure it wasnt damaged. There wasnt time to fully review the damage to her poor MINDY. A quick glance told her there was pretty bad damage to the left armor and her backpack. She wasnt sure how bad yet, but she was noticing sluggish and jittery response from her systems.

"Awwe why'd the meany have to go beat you up?" she said to her armor. "Lets get some payback!" She quickly leaned around the secret door, keeping as much of herself protected by the door frame as possible and opened fire on the Ripper.
