I wouldn't be opposed to a conspiracy being revealed during the next part of the storyline. There is a fair bit of conspiracy in Phaedra's background as well. I think this might be a good way to give the events of shore leave a purpose, instead of the whole barfight and ID-SOL thing vanishing into oblivion. And considering the whole thing with the IPG last mission...I'm sensing something is amiss...Wallace said:I concare (secretly wants to get on with some action so his character can become more manly.). We could set up another thread that continues this conspiracy as a back story. It starts with the interagation and as our missions progress becomes more predominant as it evolves. Something along that lines?
Hate to burst your bubble Trey, but I'm hearing the next mission is going to be on foot.
Aww…there goes the fun scene where the ID-SOL gets the crap beaten out of him by Phaedra and Anslem...Fian said:Bleh. If you guys are referring to the ragged up ID-SOL Anselm managed to capture and not maim or kill, he's just a junkie hired by a rival gang to kill the two members in the bar (one of which is disposed by Phaedra). You could drag him back, but since Fian isn't at the shuttle, Ran would have to deal with it. There wasn't any important plot events during the previous shore leaves. We could have done something new, but, I wasn't around during that time.
EDIT: On second thoughts, it could be a conspiracy but hey, what would a brain damaged ID-SOL know?
Looks like Trey has to deal with a new contender for that title…but not before she learns from the veteran sniper himself.kai said:....Then it looks like Trey won't participate. He needs him sum PA's. Although, he is the best Sniper on the Acadia, with or without a PA.
As it should be; yay footsloggers! I was looking forward to missions where both PA and ground action is going on at the same time. I mean, PAs are the armored support, but even tank-infantry-suits need the guys on the ground sometimes.Fian said:You heard half of it, its going to be combined arms.Hate to burst your bubble Trey, but I'm hearing the next mission is going to be on foot.
