OOC [OOC] Cirrus Station Discussion

So current episode is done? I have a few JPs that I need to put up if so.

So, if people are interested in something out of the ordinary, I've been thinking about trying to hold a JP between our characters. The catch is, however, that since we are in a casino, what better place to hold a conversation than over a playing table enjoying a little Texas Hold 'Em.

Yahoo has a free online poker game that can be played while chatting, which could potentially be perfect if I have enough people interested in attempting this. Basically, we would be roleplaying playing a game of poker, but would actually be playing a real game and revolving our roleplay around that.

Give me your comments in the OOC and we'll see if we have enough interested people to make a fun game.

Also, although Cassefin has invited everyone to eat at 8 oclock Fortuna time, there isn't really a 'time limit' for you guys, so roleplay to your hearts content.

This is an episode made by you guys; my job this time around is to provide the setting, GM actions and a couple of NPCs. Remember our last 'free time' episode? Neither do I, it was that long ago, so make this one count. :V
 
Sounds fun. I'm not sure how Tweak would be find herself involved, but if it works out, I'd be up for it.

Maybe having something to concentrate on would help her tune out the rest of the casino. And, even if she doesn't play, she might enjoy watching. Just set that scene up before she gets too overwhelmed and finds a door. I'll try to stall : )
 
I haven't used Yahoo in ages, but I'm all for.

Edit: I'd think Tweak'd have an advantage, since her combat OS would be able to read the other players and give her tactical information.
 
I'm way cool with the poker idea. Not that I'm very good at poker, but I'd enjoy the JP, I think... what times are people usually online? I'll make a point of being online at least one day if I'm notified in advance.
 
Guh, between Mount and Blade along with Dead Rising 2, my free time has been dominated recently. I'm sorry for now posting for so long. They still take up a lot but I'll be a little better now that the initial spree is starting to wear off.

Also if the poker hasn't happened yet, they all need a strip poker game later.
 
Well, glad to see some positive reaction.

Now I'll just have to see when it will happen. I don't want to schedule it too early, so just keep in mind that I intend on doing this poker game at some point.

The best we can do for now is just make a yahoo account so that we can chat and play the game at the same time.
