"Fuck right I need another bottle..." The Chief, upon realization that there was now something to lean against, leaned against the hood of the taxi cab. More or less keeping out of the conversations, he continued smoking his cigarettes in an effort to keep his buzz from being lost. "How the fuck are we even gonna fit in this motherfucker."

At that, the Chief barreled into the backseat of the cab, his motor skills very clearly hampered by the bottle of liquor in him.

"Magic and Marine Intuition, Chief!" Autumn replied brightly as she waited for Adrian to squeeze into the backseat with the others. She grinned at Fay, "Think of it as job security, Sparky, if we didn't need to get sewn back up, you'd have to find something else to amuse yourself with."

"Considering we have so many women on the ship, I think Fay gets his fill whenever he has to do a physical." Harrison laughed to himself lightly as Autumn climbed into the cab.

Henry wondered how many more marines could fit into the single taxi. It reminded him of something he once read in a newspaper as he was walking by. Apparently a freak accident occurred when fifty people attempted to stuff themselves into a phone booth.
The phone booth broke and those who managed to get inside, roughly 25 of them, were given massive electric shocks.
Nobody was killed, but there were still quite a few massive injuries to go around.

Henry then pondered - could this taxi break up while it was zipping about with everyone stuffed into it?

Once Autumn saw Adrian squeeze into the back with the others she decided that it was indeed a good idea to climb into the passenger seat beside the odd, cabbie. She took care to smooth down her skirt over her lap once she crossed her legs. She looked back over her shoulder at her fellow Marines with a grin. "See, we got to test the 'make it fit' mentality."

"Shoot, and here I was thinking I could use my big stick to kind of push everyone in." Harrison said sarcastically, laying claim to the back seat nearest the door.

Viktor smirked, listening to the banter fly. He was glad to know that the group was that laid back and easy going, the Chief aside. "Really? I thought it was the 'Life sucks, and Marines are tough' mantra."

Further down the road, the Vel Steyr had a filled paper bag in one hand and a half eaten apple in the other without a care in the world before he realized everybody stayed a few feet away from the edge of the sidewalk for no apparent reason, as though there was a yellow warning border painted on it which only he cant see. Shurging it off, he nodded his head to the beat of the directionally amplified sounds of a band playing Jazz a few streets away.
