Please utilize the recovered items for support of Seventh Fleet. The only request we have is that the Ginga be left mostly unmodified and serve actively with the Seventh Fleet.
 
New policy: No starship or small craft shall be transferred outside of the Star Army without express written permission of Star Army logistics or Star Army command. This means there has to be an orders thread for such a transfer to occur. Any ship to be recycled at a depot must be rendered incapable of operation by removal or destruction of its power sources and propulsion systems.

- Starship designed to carry one century and five starfighters. Must be trans-atmospheric and have landing capability.
- Mass production drone starfighter designed to combat Gallus-class drones found in former UOC systems.

The request for a large number of Minori-class ships was an error left over from prior calculations on fleet size made when the Mishhuvurthyar war was still ongoing. We apologize for the confusion caused by our mistake.

As for the suggestion of the Nibasha-class, We must decline, as such ships would be much too large for our use. As such, we request the remaining 132 desired Courier-class be released to our service- if this cannot be complied with immediately, we are willing to accept them incrementally.

Additionally, we require the inclusion of as many of the requested Chiaki-class craft as possible, as they are replacing the main bulk of our outdated ships for use in escorting, scouting, and destroyer duties.

((OOC: I thought we had agreed before that the Amatsuotome would have already been constructed by this time? I had asked several times in IRC about this. Also, if you're worried about fleet limits- I'm not adding this to what's on the Fifth's Wiki page, this is me officially ordering what's on that page.))
