If the effort is going to be put in to make the gates, I really doubt it's speed is going to stop at that of the fastest ship Nepleslia has. It's probably going to be faster, considering just how big and powerful it's going to need to be in the first place.

I'm just going by what wormholes have listed as their speed, which is 10 lightyears to the second.

Besides, being able to move your entire fleet at that speed, and not just the couriers and ships with oversized warpdrives is still impressive if that's the top speed.

But yeah, I'd make it near instantaneous, wormholes are basically rippling, you're folding space really super close.

I've written a tentative biography for the new Premier. I have received instructions from Kampfer on what to do with Charlie Coast, and I'll be writing something to kick him into action in the future. Perhaps he can meet the other national leaders, as well as some of his cabinet/senate, and we can hash some more of his personality out.

I'm using the NPC Biography template. It requires less detail than a player character, but I'll see if I can give him some knick knacks. He's definitely missing those.

I have posted in the Sledge Mama's OOC thread regarding the election of a new GM to the plot, or the reinstatement of former GM @CadetNewb.

That's something I had wanted to suggest. Wasn't sure it was any of my business to do so, though.
Up to my knowledge, Cadetnewb was mostly opposed to having Kampfer as FM. Considering that situation has changed, I entertained the hope that'd be possible since aside from the OoC drama Sledge Mama had been going along swimmingly.
