Wiki Theme Switching Implemented

I have installed a new plugin that will let you switch the wiki's theme. I did this because some people with visual disabilities like dyslexia have a hard time reading the wiki on the dark background.

The theme switcher is here:

Currently there's a choice of 4 themes:
  • StarArmy1 (Ghost Nebula)
  • Starter (a basic starter template) - black text on a light background
  • Default (basic dokuwiki default template) - black text on white - full width
  • Dokuwiki (a modernized Dokuwiki template) - black text on white
In the future I hope to add some more custom themes:
  • Old School Blue (Star Army's 2006-2012 look)
  • Old School Black (even older look)
I will let you know when these new themes are developed.
