Civilian Security Power Armor, high end. Update and refresh of an existing design. For internal use only, unless someone like the YNP would be interested.

Rationales
Yugumo Corp security needed something to help out on the postwar frontier.
Yugumo Corp wants to reduce reliance on external vendors
Yugumo Corp had an existing PA design in the original Tenshi
Yugumo Corp had just designed a bunch of new systems

It's like a gimped Mindy.

Original base design and all power armor subsystems are existing approved tech.

I see it as a good base platform, something we can add accessories and corporate-geared stuff to. Its on Wes now for approval :)
