Huthang is an eldritch mutant who secretes a thick, pungent slime that smells of rotting vegetation and sea salt. In accordance with this factoid, I believe Huthang would be surströmming - aka Swedish fermented herring that is notorious for causing spontaneous vomiting upon unsealing a container of.
Susan is an in-your-face kinda bloke with an unapologetic penchant for violence so Susan is clearly a Chicken Phall - an intensely spicy curry dish popular in England that hurts both going in and coming out.
Dom is a reliable and experienced independent spacer, so I feel that he would best be described as the humble burger - just a plain patty in a bun, but with so many possible variations and condiments that it can be almost an unique experience tailored to any desire.

Katsuko - Is a Blue Raspberry Snow Cone, sweet to those who get close enough for a taste, but cold as ice.
