Work on Nishitama City was completed today, as a stop-gap measure to provide more housing and work possibilities for the multitudes of soldiers who have been displaced both by the return of POWs and the downsizing of SAoY fleets by Empress Ketsurui Himiko.
This measure, however, is not an Army effort, but the work of a single financial benefactor, Kage Yaichiro, who happens to he an SAoY Shosa who earned his fortune as a hardware designer for KFY and MFY.
