Star Army has had only one active admin (me) for a long time and this is a problem because I can't always be around. With my wedding and honeymoon starting next weekend, I need someone who can take care of things for me.

Brian is a 48-year-old roleplayer who has been in my plot for several months now and has proven himself to be trustworthy, reasonable, and reliable.

Please be respectful of him and his authority, as I am sure he will be respectful of you and the other site members.

Just so everyone knows, the reason the donation goal went up by $45 is because of an earmarked donation of the same amount. In this case, we were acting as a middle man for an art commission. Since earmarked donations like this don't give the site any money (we actually lose money on Paypal fees) the goal was raised accordingly.

 

I've decided to do away with the StarChan Imageboards for a variety of reasons, including the following:

-They are used very rarely
-They are the riskiest area on the site (not even a login is needed), meaning they require extra moderation to make sure people aren't uploading bad content.
-They consume a lot of bandwidth but don't bring more players to the site.
-Starchan.com is expiring and I have no money and need a new car and a wedding.
-They are unnecessary because we can upload images...
