The UCS Zenpyou landed in Hangar 13 in the Level 7B at Meyer station for repairs. The patchworked hangar doors opened with a loud thud as the hinges snapped and the door hit the deck. The station's mechanical staff cursed but luckily, no one was hurt and pulling the fallen doors out of the way only delayed the Zenpyou crew's departure for a half hour.

They were now free to explore the station and visit the spas ob other parts of the planet if they so desired.

They had finally landed. She was glad to get some free time.

When she woke up she took a shower and put her uniform on. She wasn't sure if it is proper to take her pistol so she put it in her locker and locked it. Then she took her communicator and left her room.

On the way through halls she sent message to Rokken. She wanted to get to know him a little better. In the message she asked if he would like explore Meyer station with her and that she would be waiting for him by the exit of the hangar 13.

Then she walked there. Along the way she had time to think about what happened. She was part of the crew for like ten days and they are already on liberty. Well she really didn't mind that too much. But in that time she got to be part of the ship security, she killed a person but also saved one. She helped during diplomatic negotiations between Barras family and colony.

Alice thought it all ended up as good and just as it could. She really hoped for it. What really bothered her was that woman she had to shoot. At least she hoped that next time when she will have to kill someone it will be easier but no. She was afraid of next time. She was sure that she will pull the trigger again, but she was afraid that in time she stop to care about killing.

That was in Alice's mind as she walked to the exit.

Adrian walked into the Hanger 13, with a Bagel smothered in creamed cheese in hand. He was happily consuming it when he saw Alice walking in the opposite direction.

He waved with his free hand and moved towards Alice, muttering a "Hi" through a mouthful of bagel. Swallowing hard. "Ugh sorry. Hey Alice, how you doing? Long time no see, I might say?"

"Hello Ad. Good to see you," Alice replied to him. "I am waiting for a friend here. If he shows up anyway. As an engineer you were a part of the crew stripping the Barras of their guns? Did you guys found anything interesting on their ships?"

She was quite curious. She expected them to have something illegal on the board.

"Well, yes and no," replied Adrian. "I wasn't one of the crew that went over there and physically stripped the weapons, I got to stay behind on the Zenpyou and catalog items as they came back. And to make suure the ship didn't fall apart with all the ad-hoc repairs." Noticing the eagerness in Alice's eyes, Adrian grinned. "Though from what I could see nothing was illegal, just your typical weapons and power armors."

Adrian clapped his hands. "Anyway, who this person your waiting for? A manfriend perhaps?"

"Nah, it is peacemaker I met during service. I sent him a message, but I am not sure if he shows up." said Alice and looked at her communicator. Well Rokken should be here any minute now.

Roken almost laughed when he heard about the doors not working, lets hope they get that fixed proper or nobody is going to get out of this station. Roken thought to himself as he changed into a fresh uniform. He had spent most of his time in the Zen's hangar tending to his P.A and trying to fix most of the damage that he did not have time to take care of before he realized that he was suppose to be meeting Alice.

Roken was hurrying to hangar 13, he was hoping to get started on training in his power armor but it could wait. He took a deep breath not wanting her to think he ran all the way down here before walking into view, “sorry I'm late, had a few things I needed to take care of before I got here.” Roken said as he noticed the fellow peacekeeper standing next to Alice, “I don't think we have met yet.” Roken's Augments scanned his face and any rank pins visible before introducing himself, “Peacekeeper Roken Techard, and you are?” He smiled a little as he extended a hand.

"Hello Roken. No problem we weren't here for long either." Said Alice. That was not interelyy truth, but Alice likes to be polite. She then pointed to Adrian. "This is my friend Adrian. He is also fresh recruit like me."

Adrian took Roken's hand in a handshake and returned his smile. "Peacekeeper Adrian Tsukai" said Adrian cheery "Trusty engineer at your service". He turns his head to Alice, still smiling "well with the action you already seen I would hardly call you a fresh recruit".

"Well I could live without some of this action. And yes I am still green behind the ears. I was just lucky." said Alice. She was hypnotizing floor. She is not used to being flattered. Saying she is not fresh anymore was kind of flattery on her book.

Roken laughed a little, "well, I think after our last assignment it's safe to say your not green, you handled yourself very well." Roken had to agree with Adrian on that comment Alice did well and without her help things might have been just a little difficult dealing with the colonists and the Barras family.

"Anyway I think we continue this while we take a walk through the station don't you think?" Roken looked at them both for a moment wondering who would lead, his first day on the station was short so he did not have much time to take a full tour of the station....honestly, he really would not have. Roken would have just ended up in some training area for most of his vacation time.

Chikai stepped off the shuttle that had brought him to Mayer Station. Well I am finally here. Now I just have to find the ship, then the commander. Shouldn't be too difficult. he thought. Grabbing his bags he set of in search of an information terminal. He approached the nearest terminal, put is bags down and entered his query. Within seconds he was provided the location of the Zenpyou. With directions now supplied Chikai was confident that he could find the ship. He picked up his bags and set off for Hangar 13.

Making his way to the hangar was not quite as straight forward as the terminal made it seem. So after two minor adjustments to his route, Chikai finally located Hangar 13. He paused at the entrance to take a look at the ship that would be his home for the foreseeable future. It was apparent that the ship had seen combat recently by the damage to its exterior.

Chikai entered the bay and approached the ship. He passed a few peacekeepers who appeared to have exited the ship. I wonder if I will have a choice as to the type of power armor I will be using? he wondered as he stepped into the airlock.

"Peacekeeper 3rd Class Kenshin, requesting permission to come aboard, and the location of Commander Fleming." He called out in a clear voice.

"Permission granted," came the exasperated reply of Commander Stacey Fleming from inside a floor panel. An oil spattered man with Mediterranean features wearing a black t-shirt and the standard issue UOC Peacekeeper pants. His strong features showed a sense of exhaustion that comes from a simple task becoming quickly overcomplicated in the absence of personal accountability and being short handed. His dark green eyes held a type of despair as the station's engineering crews started welding near rear doors back onto the ship. His gaze left the sparks of the engineers' work and returned to the peacekeeper standing in front of him.

"I'm Commander Fleming, welcome aboard, Peacekeeper Kenshin," Stacey straightened his posture and offered Chiaki a slightly oil greased palm before he noticed and took out a handkerchief from his back pocket of his uniform pants and wiped it off. "Sorry, I'm been trying to help out in what little ways I can in fixing her back up but I'm been mostly stuck inside of the floors," he let out a weak laugh. He reoffered his hand and stuffed his handkerchief back into his back pocket. "I'm mostly a grunt but I can put things back together when they give me pretty pictures to work from," he added with a little more honest humor.

Chikai took a moment to observe the commander. Not quite what I expected, but then it shows he doesn't think himself above repair tasks.

Chikai took the proffered hand and gave it a good firm shake. "No problem Commander, I'm not afraid of a little grease. I've spent plenty of time checking out the crawl spaces of ships my father worked on to learn how they were built. I'm not a technician but with my training in Engineering, give me a tech manual I can usually get the job done. Is there anything I can do to help sir?"

Fleming grinned, he always admired newcomers that were willing to work. "Oh, I can think of plenty that you could do to help out. For now, I hate to set ya to work before getting settled in, so I want you to pick a place to stow your gear. We have way more beds than we have bodies so you can just take your pick of whatever rooms are open and unpack a little. If you feel like eating, the kitchen is almost always open unless you want to eat somewhere on station. Whenever you finish getting settled in and still feel like working, I'll be around here... in the deck," the Commander laughed, some of the tiredness dissipating with a second wind. "I released the others for liberty, so I hate to have you work when you could be wining and dining with the rest."

Alice looken at Rokken. What he said were her thoughts exactly, she wanted to see the Station. She was also getting hungry. "Ei, let's go then. I don't how about you, but I could certainly use some food," she said to her friends.

"Thank you sir. I will see about getting billeted. Then I will figure out my course of action." Chikai said and turned away. He headed further into the ship and found a terminal. He pulled up the Zenpyou's deck plans and located a vacant room. The Commander was not kidding, every member of the crew can have their own room, and not put a dent in the cabins. he thought. He selected a room on deck three and made his way there.

Once he arrived at his cabin he placed his bags on the bunk. The empty room was a big as an apartment back home. He set about to transferring his personal effects from the bags and into the locker. Having on his standard issue, this only took him about fifteen minutes.

Now for the more challenging decision. Do I grab a bite to eat on the ship? Go see what repairs I can assist with? Or do I attempt to locate some of the crew and see what their plans are? There appear to be enough trained technicians working on the ship, and it really isn't my forte. I would probably get in the way more than help. If I am going to eat I may as well see if I can get something to eat in the station. After making this decision Chikai made his way back down through the ship. He approached a data terminal and ran a query as to the known locations of any crew members off ship. Its worth a try. If nothing else I will just go find a place to eat by myself. he thought.

Chiaki's query came back with a line drawing of the ship inside the hangar that depicted three crew members as blinking blue dots halfway between the ship and the corridor that led out to the rest of the station. Other crew members were weaker dots off the current map configuration with of course what was probably the Commander's dot blinking inside the ship.

"Right then, let's go get something to eat!" said Adrian. "What do you feel like eating? This place seems to have it all," Adrian began to walk out of Hanger 13, hoping the others would follow his lead.

Alice followed Adrian. She was still a little confused. She was still thinking about herself as green recruit. It was Rokken who did most of the work anyways and killing that woman won't help un-green her either. But well if that's what they think, that is is their right.

"I would like anything that has a lots of meat!" said Alice. She was pretty hungry after all.
