The image of Mikasa Sorano flickered a few times before being stable. "Taisho Yui my apologies for not being in contact sooner. We have been out of communications due to a subspace event caused by an unidentified vessel that exploded in the Saiki Nebula. We finally were able to break the event.

The Secondary Expeditionary Fleet is expanding our forces. We are upgrading some of our older units, and constructing new ones. Both of our Shipyards are operating at capacity. I will be submitting a requisition for ships from Depot. We will send minimum crew to get the ships up and running and have them sent to Chiharu No Iori and Libra. Once received we will get them ready for battle and crewed."

"We are upgrading the Guriddo Defense System. Once completed we will submit the specifications so that other systems can be protected."
 
The image of Shizuka Endo appears sitting in the Admiral suite onboard the YSS Hokorimasu. Seeming to adjust a few times before speaking "Taisho Yui with the redeployment of the might Third fleet the 8th is moving to a more proactive approach". With a smile on the veteran blonds face "The 8th is going to move to more aggressive patrols in the Samurai sector and hope to hit targets of opportunity as they present them self's."

"Lastly we want to prepare for a eventually raid into enemy territory and we wish to request ships for a false flag operation". The grin not leaving the Neko "For that I'm requesting 1 Chiharu Flagship, 4 Super Eikans, and 4 Irim class gunships to be transferred from the Nataria fleet depot to the 8th's command for special outfitting" .

"We will be painting them to match our command group escort squadron and my personal flagship and deploy them in visible area's to throw off the enemy". Pausing before going on "The hope is their intelligence groups might be thrown off and unsure where my fleet is for the eventual raid".
 
"Alright but keep in mind the Kuvexians will avoid any find where they have a disadvantage. In most battles thus far they have stacked the deck by fielding 3-4 ships for every ship of ours. Any splitting of our forces increases the likelihood of them being able to achieve a numerical advantage and a confrontation," Yui warned. "Also, space is very big and I doubt they will get close enough to look out the window at your paint job," she observed.
