OOC Grün-Boot (Closed)

Name: Dehy DiebS
Species: Nepleslian
Gender: Male
Age: 20
Height: 6ft 4”
Weight: 180lbs
Position: Demolition Specialist
Rank: Private 3rd Class
  • Height: 6ft 4” (193.04cm )
  • Weight: 180lbs (83Kg)
  • Measurements:
Build and Skin Color: Dark brown, with a slight darker shade of brown along the muscle contours.

Eyes and Facial Features: Deep brown eyes. At the chin the hair is shaped in a design he chose.

Ears: Meduim size ears with the ears-lobes hanging.

Hair Color and Style: Black at the top and red at the sides. The hair is abnormally pointy but that mainly due to the fact that he use a-lot of hair gel.

Distinguishing Features: His chin hair is his signature feature. Due to it's design and shape, it make a pitchfork shape double-you.

Personality: If it explodes, combust, or makes a loud boom Dehy loves it. He has as thing for explosive weapons which explains his why he did Demolitions Training after he completed his basic military training. Besides that Dehy is a very brave fighter and a one to quickly start fights if he feel threatened but as long as there is a 50% chance he would survive he won't think twice about taking on a mission. Though his bravery is only as great as his pride and you can always tell if he's up to it if he keeps up his cocky remarks. But besides that Dehy is loyal to anyone that he considers his ally and ready to give up anything necessary to preserve the life of his allies and or friends. All in all Dehy is a smart-mouthed, loyal, cocky, brash, and prideful soldier.

And to imagine I felt embarrassed having double posted by accident! The description of facial features - the goatee - initially threw me off, but I'm glad that it's in the distinguishing features area. Other than that brief confusion, we're good.

I looked at the ID-SOL stuff and I think I am going to have to say yes. Not a crafted Sol though, he's got ID-SOL heritage. I'll add that here in a jiffy.

He's looking good to me Big Dread, though, is he an ID-SOL? Let's go ahead and add that bit in everyone. She stands out ShotJon, but that's just more fun - it's good. Still sticking with the rich kid Acturis? He's good to go as well.

Think fast Centurion - only two more spaces left!

Regardless of if those slots fill up or not, we'll start the plot at Wednesday at the very earliest, and Friday at the latest.

Well. For some odd reason, they spaced out the tests for this week rather than having it all in one day like they usually do, so I ended up spacing out my studying over several days as well. Since it's finally over and things are returning to normal (somewhat), I'll go ahead and open the plot today. Just let me catch my breath, Fus Ro Dah someone off of a very tall mountain or cliff and watch a little bit of War Thunder Ground Forces CB footage.

Good to have you Dehy, just saying Christianity does not really exist in SARP so comments about Jesus or God are strange to other characters.

It doesn't exist per say, but that doesn't mean you can't talk about God in judeo-christian terms. Just be a bit more ambiguous and anecdotal ;)

Well, it's more complex than that really.

Chances are, the phrases like that still exist, but thanks to the years that have gone by, it's all too likely that nobody really knows who Jesus is for an example. With that alone, such phrases may also fall out of use, but I wouldn't be too surprised about one being used somewhere. Everyone would know "Jesus Was Some Magic Holy Dude That Was Cool" I'm guessing, though even that may be fading away. On the other hand, there are the Elysians; angelic figures (who are actually rather snobbish) who believe in God, creator of all existence, and their own divine right to rule. And yes, they do have a holy book with stories somewhat-to-vaguely-similar to those in The Bible, but I can't recall the specifics.

Of course, this is my own understanding of it. Since it's an open plot, no need to edit it or anything of course. We'll just use Kentucky Windage and adjust as needed.

Not Entirely, just saing that christianity is not really a thing in SARP anymore. There is Elysian faith though and I am sure there a is a lot of small cults in Nepleslia, but nothing too major. I am sure you could chat with CadetNewb and come up with a some kind of faith your character believes in if you want to.
