I prefer Neko or Minkan, Time in Service is up to you, I Prefer Motoyoshi Clan, but not mandatory.
 
Bridge crew are officers, they will be a new Shoi with a little more than the minimal time to be whatever they are by training and education guidelines.
 
not from Tachiko's side, but from Yue's umm.. yeah from Yue it is if players dont mind playing a Blue skinned Neko/Minkan i should have added

Mikael Harris - Close Protection Specialist Overseer/Overqualified and Heavily Augmented Nepleslian nearing retirement age (not technically A-Team, but he is floating around)
