Gunhand brought his Premier at my request so that Nepleslia would be counted as present, but he is not interested in doing FM things. Technically Wes is the only active Nepleslian FM. Ame could have brought Violetta, and other GMs could have brought their political admirals, but chose not to. I think we are lucky to have had Sanders show up at all for narrative’s sake.
Take the lack of Nepleslian response as neither an IC nor OOC slight. If the Reds want to make a pronouncement toward reconciliation around the negotiating table, it will have to be up to you/them absent any return words.

I said to Wes I'd wrap this up last weekend, but I guess I let that slide until this weekend. So it's done! I added a few things on request of Wes, which are the joining of Koenic as a full Imperial system, and the joining of Nashoba's HSC as a protectorate territory.
