Made a quick NPC post to help @Ametheliana out. No need to think of him as a regular character, but wanted to make sure SAINT was helping provide information as appropriate. The civil war's been going on for seven years, so there's plenty of gathered info in the archives on Vicky.

I know that I will be bringing Revenant 77 in and with both Aliset and Sacre there, Fleet Scout Itami might be there as back-up

Ok question about task force piglet. Who is commanding the taskforce? How does it work with Yam soldiers and mercenaries, as in change of command and such?
