His science scanner was set for life signs and was tied into his HUD, as he closed on the prisoners closest to him, it showed a number of fast flying life forms. "Parasites." He said as a curse, he put on a burst of speed to put himself in front of one group of the civilians and with his NSD's and his rifle put up a hail of weapon fire targeting the offensive creatures.
