Sam hissed as the medic jabbed her in the arm, then shoved her off. She stumbled to the examination table and sat heavily on it, starting to peel the scorched body suit off her with little sounds of pain. She had just gotten the last chunk off when Suku returned; she groaned again as her wounds were simply rubbed with burn ointment followed by the woman's immediate departure once again.

She sat on the table for a moment, wondering what to do next. Finally she decided to simply ask. "Doc?" she called, hesitantly.

Avel made her way towards the bridge as fast as her tired legs could carry her. She was in the middle of scrubbing herself clean in the shower when the announcement came. Normally she would comply with the orders of her superiors without complaint but the stress of all that had happened was having an effect on her mental state. She was seeing things that weren't really there for crying out loud! And she was now expected to help with the wounded? She was struggling to stay conscious, let alone focused. She needed to speak with the captain or at least someone of high authority about her problem.

She rounded a corner and smashed into someone, the soap from her hair splashed into her eyes and momentarily blinded her. "Gah Fuck!" She swore. It was a good thing she had gotten out of her power armor or the person underneath would have been crushed. Instead the individual's face was getting a free tour of of her breasts.

Avel rolled off the man and began rubbing the soap from her eyes. "Heh. Normally I charge the guy out the nose for-" She stopped when she saw who she had run into and immediately stood up straight with a crisp salute. "MC Fian sir. I apologize I... Had soap in my eyes. It won't happen again I promise." she stuttered, but then her face took on a more serious tone. "I need to talk to you about something, it's very important."

Suku groaned as she was called back to work, she set down Carina, and patted her on the head.

"Bye sweetie." Suku said with a weak smile, before looking up at Rico with some hate in her eyes. It seemed as if she was both happy and sad to see the two of them go, but, there was work to do.

Concerning Anselm, Suku pointed towards the bed for the two Medics to heave Anselm on. While they did that, she kicked pale-skin's healthy thigh. "Shut the hell up, you're too fucked up to be talking." Suku barked at him, and then talked to the two medics, "Stabilize him, I'll get to him in a second."

"Doc?" she called, hesitantly.

"What?" snapped the Doctor at the burned Marine. She walked over to her/him, her hand on her hips. "You alright? You got any other problems with you?"

Inside, Sam cringed. She thought medics were supposed to be nurturing, especially pretty female ones. Oh well, she thought. If there was one thing she had learned in her charade, it was to pay vinegar back with twice as much.

"I don't expect my fuckin' doctor to just wander off," she snarled. "What the hell am I supposed to be doing now? Just sitting here and watching you swing your hips at all the marines?"

Rico glanced around frantically once more at Suku's answer. "Yo, I thought we agreed to cool it wit' this daddy-daughter shit," the Nepleslian whispered under his breath. He had been doing his best, after all, to convince most "'sides, been kinda busy. You know, shootin' shit up, savin' the world, an' all that jazz."

As Anselm approached the doctor, Rico slowly backed up a couple steps, slipping Suku a smile. "An' it looks like we're both gonna be busy, soooo...maybe you should keep her for a lil' while longer, yeah?" Rico shrugged innocently as he tried to get out of his parental duties, only to have Carina pushed onto him as Suku returned to her duties. He smiled weekly at the tiny Nepleslian, hoping to perhaps salvage the shred of hope he had for losing the chore of looking after her. "So Shortstack...uh...you maybe wanna stick around here with ol' Matsobuki?"

Suku's face flushed into a bright red as Sam regarded her with disrespect. The Medical Officer grabbed the Marine by the shoulders and slammed her forehead into his/hers with excessive force, then stepped back. Matsobuki seemed rather unaffected by her cranial assault, but still seemed absolutely furious.

"Hey. You. Shut the fuck up. I asked you a fucking question, and you either answer it, or take your happy-go-lucky he-she ass out of here." Suku threw a finger towards the door.

Sam's head jerked back at the slam, her eyes going wide in surprise. She leapt off the table, ready for a brawl, and lashed out at Suku's legs with one of her own, trying to knock her down. In her irritation, she didn't make a verbal answer.

Carina hugged her father's leg and shook her head. "I wanna be wit'ya right now. Miss Suku's busy and she looks scaaaaary right now." the younger Sanroma said with a little wariness laced in her voice. The girl tugged at her father's pant leg, as Sam lept from the table ready to engage the petty officer in what appeared to be possible combat.

She cupped her little hands together, trying to whisper up to her father then. "Papi...Papi? Why's the pretty man lady attackin' Miss Suku for?"

Before Sam could make much more movement, Suku drew out her hypolathe, and set it to Velserine. At that point, the Doctor was on her back, from having her legs kicked from under her. Even in that vulnerable state, Suku bit back, in the form of a needle being jabbed into Sam's leg, shooting a small amount of Velserine into her system.

"Bitch." Suku spat, "I don't have time for this shit."

"Goddamn!" Sam hissed as she felt the sharp pain of a needle again. She only had a moment to try and react to the doctor before she simply collapsed to the ground, her body beginning to convulse violently.

Suku got up, and brushed herself off and then kicked Sam in the vagoo/balls as hard as she could, even while the Marine was still convulsing. The Doctor stomped off to Anselm, and began assisting with his recovery, the Matsobuki shaking slightly from her recent endeavor.

"Alright, Glue." said Suku, using a new nickname she made just for Anselm. "I'm going to lace up these lacerations, and then get you ready for a prosthetic." The former nurse jabbed Anselm with some painkiller after switching back from Velserine to Painkiller.

Rico didn't really give an answer to Carina at first, he himself being absorbed into the surprisingly short brawl that had ensued. As the fight ended with a crashing kick from Suku, Rico couldn't help but cringe and smile weakly, letting out a low whistle; he figured getting punted in that region hurt, no matter what gender you were.

"Uh...I'm sure they're just playin' around Shortcakes," Rico finally said, realizing he was stuck with Carina for the moment with a dejected sigh. Pulling his overshirt back on and repositioning his beret, the sergeant turned to the medibay door and thumbed towards the exit. "Ya hungry?"

Carina reflexively winced as well in almost perfect mimicry of her father not even knowing she'd done so. Her mouth opened and closed a few times, as if she wanted to say something to the spasming person on the ground (Or just go over there and poke the poor thing with a stick.). Granted when Rico asked her if she were hungry, she snapped out of that trance her head whipping about to lock on to her father making for the door.

She nodded eagerly Sam's twitching body out of her mind in an instant at the mentions of food. It was sad since frankly, the guy rarely remembered to feed her when he was around making her do it herself... and stealing the deserts off of Fian Vel Streyr's meal trays at every opportune time.

Carina trotted over to him easily enough, taking hold of one of his hands with one of her own tiny ones.

Alexandra took Sean by one hand. "Okay, let's get you out of that PA," she said and heaved with his help and within few painful moments he was out. SHe lied him on ground very carefully. It seemed he was barely consicous and in pain. Alex found the mainf source of pain very quickly, his leg was bent a little unnaturaly at his knee joint. "Ouch, how the hell did you manage to this in PA?" she asked out loudly.

She took out scissor out of her medpac and cut his trousers so she could check the leg. It wasn't broken, only dislocated. "Okay big-guy, this is gonna pain like hell. I am plan to un-dislocate this here knee and then I am goinf to fix it. First I goign to get make-shit lath and then I am all yourse." she said and ran away, but not far. Just to Sean PA. She couldn't find anything so she took out her and Seans knifes. Got to be enough. SHe put some medical cotton on knife points, so Sean wouldnt stabb himself. Okay then.

"Okay bite-down on this," she said and handed him a bullet casing she found lying around. It was large enough for him to bite down, so why the hell not?

Ran had wasted no time in getting out of his VOID after touching down inside the Acadia, immediately jumping out and emptying the small silver flask of ICA that he carried into the armor with him.

Hearing the order to assist the wounded, the Chief tended to a random Marine, who turned out to be Talbain, and started walking to the med bay with him, unaware of the specific nurse lurking in the Medical Bay.

Fian Vel Steyr froze and had a 'deer-in-headlights' moment as a naked Nepleslian woman 20cm taller than he is was barrelled down his general direction. "Hey what the- HEY!" he shouted, to no avail as Avel knocked into him. Being an MC he didn't fall over, but slid backwards about two feet.
"MC Fian sir. I apologize I... Had soap in my eyes. It won't happen again I promise." she stuttered, but then her face took on a more serious tone. "I need to talk to you about something, it's very important."
Fian quickly scanned the area, there wasn't anything of interest near the bridge so the hallways were usually void of marines, it still was. "You don't look too good." Fian said, concerned. Much of the 200 Marines onboard owed this woman their lives. As the leader squad leader and the representative of all the soldiers on board, the MC owed a duty and more to her. He keyed open the door to his room. "I can't have you standing out in the open like this, come in and we'll talk."

Anselm was silent as the Medical Officer worked on him, leaving his thoughts to the secrecy of his cranium 'She's angry even when she's nice...' he'd closed his eyes after Suku had kicked him, deciding to rest while she attacked one of the newbies; opening one eye he saw the feminine marine drop to the floor and convulse, experiencing a certain amount of jealousy towards Sam as Suku came over to his bed, 'hey, he's stealing my joke... wait, Glue? that's my nickname? Glue?'

He would have frowned if his scars hadn't started going rigid again and only grunted an affirmative at the doc.

Avel raised an eyebrow at Fians comment. "What do you mean-" She looked down and realized that she had had forgotten to put her uniform back on. Another sign that all wasn't right in her head. "Yes, I think that would be for the best." She could only imagine how red her face must have been. "I can only pray that you were the only one to see me like this."

She walked into the MC's room and sat down on the king sized bed. "I actually have numerous things to talk about but let's start with the most pressing one." Avel took a deep breath and gave a brief explanation of what had happened to her. She told him of how her squad was massacred, the hours of playing both hunter and hunted afterwords, meeting the MCs men, coming face to face with her worst fears during the Sunburn rescue and nearly beating the hell out of the poor medic she had thought was a squid. Then there was joining the MC in his act of insubordination, no offense to him, to prove that her tactic wasn't a fluke, the hallucinations and running down the halls only to realize she didn't have any clothes on.

After giving her story Avel sighed. "I shudder to think of what Captain Peters would do if he saw me like this."

Jan, who had been standing aside for the most part, keeping quiet, only stared at the entire thing, his eyes slightly narrowed. While his initial instinct was to jump in and help Sam fight, he figured that pissing off the medic would've been a bad idea. Especially seeing as how he was still missing his right hand.

So, he was left there staring, as Suku kicked Sam in the groin, wondering how the fuck this all happened.

"What."

Sean just kinda grunted, still not entirely sure what was going on, but he bit down hard on the object when it entered his mouth. If it was a Misshu, damn good, if it was a friendly, well... he'd explain later. Regardless, he wasn't letting go any time soon.
