The pair of "Cats" stood at attention when the warrant officer came up to them. Normally they would bow and be much more relaxed, but this was Nepleslia now and they didn't want to receive any more ridicule that are receiving already.

When Ramona arrived, they relaxed a tad bit. "I am Mizumitsu Nito-Hei and this is Kamiya Itto-Hei. But I do believe we will be using Nepleslian ranks, which I am not sure how Nito Hei falls under. She's a Sergeant, that much I am sure of. I am confused as to why I got a Marine uniform. I'm a Starship Technician with a specialty in sensors..." Hiroshiko spoke in accented Trade, giving a light bow of her head to Ramona.

Misakura took over once Hiroshiko entered her own world again. "Then I think you and I will be the bestest of friends Ramona. Nanomachines, son!" she said with a grin, speaking of her enhanced internal hemosynthesis abilities.

The pair once again got silent and a bit shocked when Ensign Barná arrived and spoke. There was a noticeable tick when Cat was mentioned, but she quickly hid it away. She was wishing she had taken Neko ears now.

She and Mizumitsu followed the forming ensemble of people and took their seats at the table. When the Grand Admiral arrived, Kamiya had to yank Mizumitsu up by the ear and nodded her head towards the GAdm before assuming a position of attention.

Kamiya's face soured when she heard Nataria mentioned. She didn't know anyone personally that died on Nataria, but her thought process immediately went to the Battle of Hanako's Star and the platoon mates she lost. Their soul savior pods were never recovered as far as she knew. She did her best to maintain her cool demeanor as stood at the position of attention.

Once she was dismissed, she sat back down. She wasn't particularly hungry now.

Aliset smirked, turning to her husband as she nodded to the Yamataians. "A pleasure to meet you both. Now, Ensign Barná, you didn't collect me at the spaceport, so my alien tricks shall play. If you'll excuse me, I am far overdue to meet my sister in law."

This is when Aliset seemed to melt into the crowd, popping her contact back in and fluffing her uniform to hide what little of her senti armor showed. As she brushed by Lev, however, she managed to snake her hand into his jacket pocket, extracting his P7 manual for later games. These games weren't planned for the moment, but her plan would come close.

She emerged from the crowd before Irene, throwing her arms wide as she approached quickly, a bright smile on her face. She wrapped her arms around Irene in a tight hug, her lack of decorum displayed in her heavily Shuristan accented words of "Small sister in law! My congratulations on your promotion!"

Pulling back, the apparently human Warrant Officer took Irene by the shoulder, "Oh, my makeup smudged on your face... My apologies! My, my, the tailors did a perfect job on your uniform! My congratulations again, Grand Admiral!"

Ramona chuckled a little at the responses from the cats "Oh Miz, no need to be so formal, we are going to be a crew, we will fight together and bond because of it, when talking to me or Cynder over there." She points to the girl who was still stuffing her face and was ignoring the others around her. Ramona lets out a sigh "Well I know about your healing properties, but do I need to prepare anything to help, I have never been with Yamataians in my crew before." She rubbed the back of her neck and turns to the other "well you or Kam could help me out, it would also mean I could definitely help others who transfer to us."

Cynder smiles as she eats, she heard people talk and she just grunted in response, only thing she really lifted her head for was when Nep forever was shouted by someone, she gave a muffled cheer and went back to eating like there was no tomorrow.

As the festivities continued, the maintenance crews continued their work. finishing most superficial repairs that evening. as the day came to a close, the Mess hall was cleaned and the real work began. The young Admiral paced in her quarters, the built in alarm next to her bed beginning to call revalie. snapping her out of the concerned stupor. she stopped the clock. preparing for the morning. knowing that it was the final day before the departure towards the outer rim. her tired frame, stepping into the head, prepping her morning routine. finishing her shower, Irene tokj her time getting ready, sifting through the repair documents. showing her ship would leave on schedule. still procrastinating to finish getting dressed. not thinking.

Levente
the morning came too soon, sitting up from his warm bunk doing his best to not wake Betty up. he ensured to send reports to the current exchange staff.
each member would receive their current mission and daily activity report. Each room terminal and data jockey would alert new members of their stations.

waking up Levente, steps up to the coffee machine in his quarters, as it hissed quietly to life, heating water. preparing to steep the beans. yawning he stepped into the shower, as the water turned on. he began the day, still unsure what he was being assigned to. picking up his mug, lev grabbed coffee as he made his way to the elevator to deck 17.

zoran sat in the gym already beginning his morning workout. waiting for the young marines, choosing to work through his endurance first.the other early rising marines, kept their distance from the enigmatic IPG commando. wary of any black and red clad specialists. despite the usual demeanor of the Marines. ignoring them, Zoran continued his work out. after some time had passed, he began to jog attempting to not be impatient with this new boarding team.

Wrath Of Nepleslia crew.

the maintenance teams, began to finish fine tuning as the day carried on. logistics teams, began outfitting the ships weapon systems, each being checked three times over for functionality. ammunition, small arms, and the fuel and maintenance equipment for fighters, bombers and the transports still being loaded into the many hangers, the speed and chaos that was a supply restock, would have overwhelmed most. but not the ships crew. the mood felt light yet purposeful,. not many marines and sailors complained. the war continued and so did they. as late afternoon came. so did the finishing touches of ship restock and repair. The ships bridge now back to its full glory, was now testing communication and weapon systems alike. ensuring no stone was left unturned. with everyone testing ships AI parameters and functionality, their diagnostics came to an end, awaiting their admiral for confirmation to depart. the bridge crew now back to full strength, seemed to keep a constant uneasy feeling after t heir last deployment.

Aliset gave a humming sound as Leventé separated himself from his women, slowly waking as she pulled Betty closer, wrapping and twisting herself deep into that iroma warmth.

It took her some time to truly awaken, and separate herself from Betty. That shining silver skin glimmered in the light as Aliset stretched, yawning, slipping her necklace over her head as she rested her data jockey on Betty's sleeping form, checking the messages. Eventually, she set a mug of coffee out for Betty, sipping her own in the shower, before dressing in her fully charged mag-boots, and an NSN Uniform.

Her hair was tied pristine, and she left walking across the cieling of the hall, her coffee sealed tight as she hurled herself down the elevator shaft, using the cable's resistance to her mag boots to slow her descent with the casual ease of one who had been using such tricks her whole life. At length, she caught up to her husband as he exited the elevator, and she casually flipped down to walk astride him and sip her coffee.

Sleeping Quarters

Changing out of her Yamatai PT clothing she wore for pajamas, Misakura crawled out of her bunk and violently shook Hiroshiko awake. "Time to wake up princess! I'd say we need to go work out now. But you are assigned to a different group than myself. So better give a good impression being on time." she said in Yamataian to the still sleeping woman. After a bit of shaking, Hiroshiko grumbled something and looked all grogy at her comrade.

"I'm up!!" Hiroshiko looked at Misakura as she started to change into the NSMC exercise uniform. "I'll give the Nepleslians this, their uniforms are impeccable. I should forward this to Rikugun headquarters. Though they would never listen to someone as unimportant as myself." Misakura stated.

"It'll be fine." Hiroshiko said as she simply started getting into the duty uniform issued to her.

After a bit of preparation, the pair were on their way to their respective locations.

Deck 9 Gym

Misakura entered the gym and looked around. She consulted mentally with an image of Staff Sgt Voros and took a wide path away from any IPG personnel that might have been thee before standing at the parade rest to the Staff Sgt. "Cpl Kamiya reporting!"

Deck 18

Hiroshiko arrived on the deck and looked around to determine where the PR people were. She still could not understand why she was assigned to such a position. Were the Nepleslians that untrusting of the cats to have one of them work directly with their tech as a technician?

Vayshirin Private Shahad rolls out of his bunk early, intending to make his way to the gym areas to continue his daily martial training routine. He’s halfway through dressing in his training gear when his datarod blings up with his assignment notification.
He sighs and strips off again, redressing himself into his duty uniform, already missing the familiar feeling of his old turtleneck and overcoat.

Deck 18

Less than ten minutes later, Shahad steps out of the elevator onto the deck; coincidentally only a Short way behind the two others assigned to the same duty. Relieved at the chance to follow someone more reliable than his datarods directions, he moves after them at a respectable distance towards their destination.

The twins got up quickly and got prepared for the day together, they new that they had to make a good impression and that one couldn't mess up the other. They looked to each other and nodded happily when they were set, this was the better part of duty, actually doing work, even Cynder could get behind some proper work instead of sitting around and waiting all day for something..

Deck 09

The twins walked into the workout area and looked around and saw Staff SGT Voros, they both saluted and Ramona smiled "Hello sir, the Trobellas are here, sorry it took so long, there was a little sibling disagreement." They both laughed as they check around and Cynder groaned "we are just working out, please say we are doing something a bit more than just that."

Betty had not even realized the bed had held three last night at first, but was stirred as she was pulled along, then used an impromptu table. The iroma took comfort in the smell of feminine warmth before realizing the last bit specifically. Sitting up in surprise to see Aliset leave the room as she did.

"First night and already a three way....well that certainly ensures no loneliness on this boat I guess.", She murmured to herself as she slinked out of the now solely occupied bed. The woman unused to the rushes of a military station, stepped into shower for a bit, before leaving and toweling off. The coffee had cooled, but not to any bother of her's after getting dressed in the provided uniform.

What followed after however, was far more stressful as she tried making heads, or tails of the ship layout. Such diagrams were so....specific and blunt with detail, doing her best to navigate. After a few stops to ask for directions, she found her way eventually.

2nd Lt. Soo-jin Kim

Second Lieutenant Soo-jin Kim stumbled rather than walked into the gym dark circles under her light green eyes. She was wearing a thrown on mix of a slightly wrinkled IPG uniform, Marine gym shorts and had a lit cigarette in her mouth. She was reading off of her data pad lazily checking in the parts and equipment that she had received during the night. Her disheveled attire and look were either from a hangover, a long night of work or most likely a mix of both. Soo-jin very slowly took in her surroundings and noticed Sergeant Voros. She made her way over to give a greeting but ended up almost toppling onto the reporting Trobella twins and Sergeant Voros himself but just fell short of the trio faceplanting onto the cold floor. As she picked herself up she relit her cigarette and gave her greeting "Good mornin' sarge" as for the twins she gave a nod in their direction.

Her gaze went back to Voros "So sarge... uhhh, I hear we're working together..?" Her words came out as a confused question as if she couldn't remember if she had gotten her orders from a dream or reality. Before the poor Sergeant could reply she thrust out her data pad towards him "Also mind if I get your signature? Ground crew say I need a Co-Signer for any equipment I order. Something about being responsible..." her voice trailed off as took a long drag of her cigarette and looked at the twins.

Leventé

Deck 17

Smiling to his wife, Leventé looked back to see another, semi familiar face. Seeming in high spirits, it felt good to be home. Motioning for the Iroma engineer to follow the two, after which Lev drew his favorite pipe from his service jacket, igniting it's contents and happily puffing away. The hangar was massive. Teams of both Navy and Marine Maintenance crews. All doing inspections on their respective ships, standing near a few gunships, was a taller Nepleslian Woman in coveralls, the bottom of her coveralls had been hemmed as to allow for the custom almost avian legged cybernetics. Upon her chest read'Paulson' as the trio came closer, She looked over from her Data Jockey her cybernetic eyes and jaw now able to come into view. And in an almost gruff tone she yelled out to the incoming pilots and engineer."it must be Lewis Pasco day for me. Welcome replacements. Since you three are a.... Welcome... Oh to hell with it. Listen up fresh meat, if you expect fine Yamataian bullshit at every corner, or whatever your Horned friend here is used to. You're shit out of luck. Supplies are low, until we get closer to the Time. Then we will have more gunships, fighters and bombers. Ensign, i see you've had flight experience with a few of the birds we do have. Good. As for the other two. I hope you learn fast. Welcome to the 161st support squadron 'Gamblers hand' . Where are my manners. All you need to know is I am Crew Chief Anna Paulson. And you three will be aboard the 'Cats Call' she's back here follow me."

Leventé nodded with a Salute looking to the crew chief before she turned."Ensign Leventé Barná, my co pilot and Wife Aliset Barná and this is Private Fayaad el-otman Shahad. Ill allow their own introductions. Now I'm sure you are busy Chief, point us to our bird yeah?"

The Chief raised an eyebrow before turning, leading the team down the hanger, clear to the Other side from the entrance. As they continued resting with a tarp over its tail, was a Viper gunship. Across the nose of the ship was the Pin up of an older model Nekovalkyrja in a pinup style. Approaching the gunship, Leventé's Pipe dropped from his mouth, the color drained from his face. He quickly looked to the crew chief."we are Naval pilots Chief, why would you assign us a Marine transport gunship!? Is this a damn joke!?"

The crew chief smirked " looks like you'll have to deal for now...Sir. we lost a significant amount of our fighter and overall Ship strength. So we dusted off some of the marines Supply. Make do for now." With that said, she walked away, catching another crew to sign off on a list of equipment.

Lev picked his pipe up, stepping closer to the Ship, his hand against the Hull." I leave the Marines to never fly these again... And my first time back home I'm assigned one again? Fates got a sense of humor." Leventé turned to his team. "I...I apologize for the outburst, Warrant officer, and Private Shahad, if you have any questions. I know this bird as if it was my own cybernetics... If both of you would begin diagnostics, i will send you both copies of the piloting manual for this Gunship."

---------------------------------------------------------

Staff Sergeant

Zöran Vörös

Deck 09

Seeing the twins first, The Sergeant was about to begin his introduction as the disheveled Second Lieutenant fell on her face, he raised an eyebrow at her attire, looking to the others."good morning....ma'am. it would seem you have been assigned to my team, for extractions both planet and shipside correct? As for your question, private Trobella. No we will be going over your new duties, and doing some... familiarization training. I'd like to see what my teams are capable of before going into details. You may refer to me As Staff Sergeant Vörös or as Staff Sergeant From. One is my callsign. But i recognize my name is not the easiest to pronounce.you three, I'd like to introduce you to Corporal Misakura, on exchange from Yamatai. Though i have little love for your country. You are another member of the team, welcome aboard."

As he looked over the group, without making eye contact, Zöran took the data pad from the 2ndLt. Signing his name.

"Now, as for your jobs. You will be a small entry team, or Special Response Team. In the event of a boarding action. You three, myself and an Attaché of Marine combat specialists will be the first in. Now let's get moving over to the Mats, deblouse and i want the first two on the Mat. Familiarize one's self through combat. This tells me where our strengths and weaknesses lie. Before you try to sneak off to the hanger...Ma'am, i do believe you'll join us on this exercise."

Moving the group over to a padded area of the Gym, Zöran stood on the sides of the Mat, pulling out a cigarette, and lifting his right hand to the tip of his smoke. His right index finger separating as the electrical igniter caused a flame to appear from the cybernetic hand. Inhaling deeply, his hand returned to normal and his arms crossed, waiting to see who would stop up first.

----------------------------------------------------

Deck 18

The Hanger of Deck 18 was much smaller, part of which had been modified for use as a secluded office. Inside, there were several Nepleslian SAW members, busily writing reports. Cameras and opens Data Jackie's on the table in front of them, showed photos, of The two new members. As everyone worked a tall, thin (for Nepleslian standards) man, came into view from a back room."Ah yes, ms. Arturius and Ms. Hiroshiko. Welcome to one of the first official PR divisions. My name is Lieutenant Ray Dells, i am overseeing this project. Our objective is, improving Morale, planning any ship wide events, as well as Morale photos. I.e photos of personnel working, staged, photo ops. And overall, public communication. In the event we make contact with additional worlds on the outer rim. We can show them, the strength, as well as the well disciplined Nepleslian Military. Now in your file Ms.Hiroshiko l, it states you are a technician no? We could use assistance with the bulk of our systems. Since they connect to nodes throughout the Ship. And as for Ms.Arturius. let me say I am happy to be able to work with an Idol. We will make sure that, this works as seamlessly as possible. In regards to local shows, photo shoots and any FAQs for you. As was the request from Navy personnel. In return we just ask that you assist in the taking and participating of working personnel, capturing photos of ship life as well as boosting your own name, it would help keep Morale up. And after the Battle of Nataria...we all could use some cheering up." His thin frame shook as he chuckled, seemingly a bit nervous and he awaited the twos response. "Please if you have any questions. I will gladly attempt to explain in detail."

Wrath Of Nepleslia/ GAB/Terrathel Adler

Deck 18

The relatively quiet Hangar seemed like a temporary Solace for the three, the younger Warden, not used to the the busy life of a Starship, as well as her the two massive Maulwurfhunds by each side. Their sensitive ears, still acclimating to the constant noise of the ship. The only defining detail between the massive hounds, is the permanently crooked ear of the hound on her left hand side. Corporal Adler rested her head against the bulkhead, trying to understand why they needed her in a ship, a new flagship nonetheless. It was days like this one, she missed the Forests of Trisylvania. But she knew, this was another step closer to her goal. As Corporal Adler sat in thought. Her crooked eared companion, slunk away towards the office of the Par Division. Curious to find new people.

Irene Barná

Bridge

The bridge was bustling with life, all of the testing finished. Her original bridge crew, finally returned, Irene was in higher spirits." All systems Nominal Admiral, moving to launch phase." Irene sat into the Captains chair, the elation felt, was barely able to be contained." Patch me through to the ship." Her Comms Sergeant nodded before giving the signal to speak." All hands all hands, this is Grand Admiral Barná, we shall be departing for the edge of Nepleslian space, we will be making contact with a flotilla, of Senti Origin. This will be another step into making allies for our great Nation!"

Leaning back in her chair, she allowed the technicians to communicate with the ground crews, as the anchors began detaching, the engines roaring to life, as the ship lurched from her station. Now making its ascent into the heavens.

Ali found herself at Levente's elbow, her smaller hand reaching up to touch the hull as her eyes closed. "Three times. This bird has been recovered after losing hands. But she has kept fighting. Surviving..."

She leaned into Lev, her hand still pressed against the hull. "She is a good girl. With much life in her. She will bring us home."

Pulling her hand away, she blinked, shaking her head. "Chief, who was her last pilot? The last person who died on this ship?"

Deck 18

Vibrant green eyes would fall shut beneath pale lids, finding her shoulders to relax slightly as she sighed; that was...up until she felt the shift at her left side, followed soon by another at her right. Her eyes would snap open at the sound of Fausts low - annoyed rumble as his brother moved out of position from their handler. The larger males eyes drifted up to Terra who was already pushing herself off of the bulkhead to hurry after him "Ritter -" she hissed, trying not to alarm anyone that might be nearby to the disobedience of her canine; who at her sudden advancement only seemed to pick up his pace. Terrathels brows would come to furrow, her face tightening clenching her jaw as she halted suddenly as Ritter did. His large head swinging back to glance at her in brief consideration to do as he was told and return to her side in a heel and Terra held her breath for a moment as she sternly locked eyes with him. A silent stare that said one thing. Don't.

It was a long shot - and of course as soon as Terra went to take another step forward almost in reach to grab the Maulwurfhund by his collar. But Ritter quickly padded away again with a taunting wag of his tail, leaving her hand to only skim over the thick fur around his neck and curse under her breath as she started back after him, still trying not to attract any attention. The canine's destination was clear, as his large paws carried him to the office rounding the entrance his poked his head in curiously giving a few more wags of his tail before he confidently padded in. Ritters tail swayed behind him endlessly now as he set his golden eyes on the small group of new people as he would pad over sniffing at each of them curiously before attempting to push his head against the Iroma womans hands so she might pet him.

The canines eyes snapping up as Terrathel followed into the room quickly behind him with Faust still glued to her right side, "Ritter," she snapped again, causing the canines ears to fall back slightly, his tail wagging as he nudged the strangers hand again. Terra's green eyes found the small group, "I'm sorry we didn't mean to interrupt, he's really harmless - he's just not very bright." she commented, her haphazard attempt at an apology.

"Here. Now." she snaps, causing Ritter to finally slink back over to them, to Faust who would only bare his teeth at his brother.

Somewhere aboard NSS Wrath of Nepleslia

"I'm telling you, there's nothing here. Your seeing things." The Wrath Tech said to his coworker. The other tech shrugged, "Yeah, well it never hurts to look. I'll be glad when we get this ship back up to full speed. Every five minuets some alarm or sensor is going off for no reason." The two techs walked back through the air lock and to their stations. The room they had exited was dark except for a few light panels. It was one of many rooms and places aboard the Wrath that needed repaired but probably wouldn't get fixed till the ship reached the refit station. It made for an excellent place to hide though. One of the shadows moved. It moved like smoke, shimmering and distorting things for a moment then disappearing, only to reappear as a figure stepped into the full light of one of the few working lamps.

Corporal Caffran Canterbury looked down at his data pad and made a small mark on the schematic of the ship. There were a dozen similar marks already on his map of the ship. Potential weak points or areas not fully secure. He sighed. "Not much of a point in doing this. The ship will be in dry dock soon and all these areas will be brought into repair." He had been on the verge of adding, so why am I doing this? But he knew exactly why. Caffran hated flying, hated being stuck on a ship. The feeling of confinement, the recirculated air, the artificial gravity, the clangs and bangs of normal ship operations, he hated all of it. Especially on a damaged ship like the Wrath was. Twice he had felt the artificial gravity flutter and had grabbed on to the nearest thing within reach and clung to it like a drowning cat. The second time one of the navy crew had saw him jump and laughed out loud at the scaredy cat marine. Caffran had only been on the ship for about 16 hours. But that had been more than enough time to explore all the areas of the ship he was allowed to be on several times over. So to take him mind off the fact that he was flying in a giant metal coffin in space, Caffran decided to scout out the ship. He would scout out the ship and learn as much as he could about how best to defend it in case of boarding. He would find where all the entrances and exits to the ship were. What were the most strategically valuable and vulnerable parts of the ship. What areas needed pass key or code to enter. It helped keep his mind occupied.

Caffran looked at his map again and frowned. He had started his little unofficial tour of this ship about four hours ago. Most ships had a 'night cycle' to simulate night on a ship. That was the best time to have a look around. So Caffran had geared up. Standard procedure was for all weapons aside from sidearms and blades to locked up in the armory during transport so Caffran had only his revolver and his straight silver, a 30cm bayonet/dagger that was practically a family heirloom. But those two weapons would be more than enough for any trouble Caffran might run into. And of course, he took his camo-cloak. The camo-cloak was the trademark apparel for his uncles recon unit affectionately known as "the Ghosts". His uncle had trained Caffran how to use it and he had learned well. Using his cloak and stealth skills Caffran in just 4 hours been able to explore all of the Wrath that didn't require authorization or was guarded by alert sentries. Not a bad mind distraction. However, it was almost 0600 now and he had received orders to report to a Staff Sergeant Vörös on deck 09. "I guess the rest of my tour with have to wait."

Deck 09

Caffran slipped into the training room quietly. He had quickly stopped by his billet and stored away his gun belt and shirt before putting on an exercise shirt. He kept on his Khaki pants and boots though. He hated exercising in those shorts. Caffran believed you should practice fighting in the clothes you would normally fight in. That way you learn the limitations some clothing puts on your movement in a fight. And of course, he kept his camo-cloak and straight silver. He felt completely naked without them. He located the Staff Sargent and was about to report in when several females walked in and addressed the Staff Sargent. Caffran's eyes widened in disbelief. Great. The Yamataiens were here where he had been assigned. Cat ears and everything. Caffran wasn't exactly what you would call a xenopho, but he wasn't going to walk across the room and welcome them with open arms either. He would reserve his judgment until he saw them in action. The same could be said for that Lt as well. The Staff Sargent though, he looked like he knew what he was doing. At least one of them did. And by the way he stopped that Lt. he was definitely the one in charge here. Caffran deliberately stepped out where the Sargent could see him then approached and saluted. "Staff Sargent Vörös. Corporal Canterbury. I'll go first Sarge." Caffran stepped over to a rack of practice weapons. There were staffs, axes, swords, knives, dummy rifles with bayonet attachments and just about anything else you could think of. Caffran took off his camo-cloak and folded it on the ground before drawling his straight silver dagger and laying it on top of the cloak. This was just practice after all. He didn't want to accidently grab his real knife in the heat of combat. He took a rubber blade similar to his own and walked to the center of the mat where he ran through a few quick forms to get a feel for the weight in his hand.

Private Shahad falls into step behind the couple and follows into the hangar areas, taking in the sights and sounds. While the people and equipment may be foreign, the buzzing and humming of machinery, yelled orders, and clanging of tools is always familiar to a mechanic, and does a great deal to put him at rest. Distracted by his passing observations on the ships and equipment, the sight of Chief Paulson as they approach is a shock to him. The blatant full replacement cybernetics jars against his sensibilities as an Iroma, and he spends a good deal more time staring at them than is polite.
As he is introduced by the Ensign, he snaps a brief salute, his hours of practicing Nepleslian military decorum in preparation for his transfer resulting a stiff, robotic motion. He declines to offer any introduction beyond the Ensign's, seeing the Chiefs press for time.
As the chief presnts their new ship, he quickly scans over it, calling to his mind the statistics and calibrations he read up on. Much slarger than the Iroma Shuttles, and with a heavier armament to be sure, it still is far below his expectations as a combat craft. He nods to the chief as she departs, and walks up to stand nearby the Ensign, already startin to inspect the ship, and investigate under the tarp.
"Roger Sirrah, I will begin diagnostics immediately," he says from under the tarp as he illuminates his datarod light to get a better look at the tail, "I only have one question immediately, sirrah. Ze ship only has two seats correct? For teh Pilot and weapons master? If we are to be a crew of zree, What position do you intend for me to fill?"

Quickly disconnecting from the call, Irene stood up, marching with a determined pace, most of her crew hadn't seen since the battle of Nataria. Making her way up to the bridge. She motioned the comms Sergeant before looking to her crew." I will tell you all first. We are going on a mission we might not come back from. Call Central command and reroute the rebuilt 3rd fleet taskforce wolfpack to coordinates i am sending the technicians. We are to meet with Grand Admiral Deluca's second fleet. The Sentis will have to wait. All reinforcements will need to be rerouted and all fighters properly outfitted. Now patch me through the ship."

The sound of alarms blared throughout the corridors of the ship. Down every hatch and through every compartment.
"ALL HANDS ON DECK! ALL HANDS ON DECK. MAN YOUR BATTLE STATIONS, MAN YOUR BATTLE STATIONS. ALL FLIGHT PERSONNEL REPORT TO YOUR RESPECTIVE LEADERSHIP. ALL BOARDING TEAMS MEET WITH TEAM LEADERS. THIS IS NOT A DRILL I REPEAT THIS IS NOT A DRILL." Irene's voice followed the sergeants.

"As you all have just heard. My brothers and sisters. Nepleslia's Elite 3rd Assault fleet, taskforce Wolfpack will be linking with Grand Admiral Deluca's 2nd fleet. We will be taking the fight to the kuvexian bastards. I will not lie. We may not return, many of you may not. But i swear to you, so long as I breathe we will fight hard. Its time to pay those bastards back for Nataria. And all these years! Man your battle stations tonight. Learn where you are going. After. Take the time you will all need to prepare. We will be jumping to the nearest Z gate to make our way to the Randevous point. Fight hard to earn our right to face our people. To show Nepleslia proud. That we are strong and I dependant from those insufferable cats!
Nepleslia Forever!"

Her transmission ended. The silence becoming increasingly louder, looking to the bridge crew they eagerly prepared the ship to jump. Beginning their journey back to the frontline.

Horus had been a bit quiet for the first round of announcements, but once she was done, then he spoke. "So we're off to help those people? I don't remember if I touched on it earlier, but our two races have quite....a history.", He said, a slight disdain when referring to the Senti. "We had a war with them once, now we're in the same proverbial....boat? As I believe your people say?"

"So doing a lot of what I'm used to then? That works great then, just let me know if you need something specific. I'm no stranger to doing photo ops, just maybe not in military theme. Definitely down for talking and mingling with the personnel. I- oh my!" Betty started to reply before the hound muzzled her hand. She reached over and gave the hound a bit of attention, scritching his ears before he slinked off. After the poor misbehaving animal left, she returned to the man, "Sorry, as I was saying, I assume I'll have a schedule for any PR activities, or shows for the crew?"

The clicking sound of a rifle was heard that echoed through the room, to the origin point of Bruce sitting on some boxes cleaning his sniper rifle. But his mind was not focused totally on his rifle, he was more on automatic pilot with that as if it was pushed into him as a rhythm of his song. The song would most likely be called 'make love to your rifle' but that is another point of the subject. Bruce was focused on what Irene was talking about and just burst out a laugh when hearing the sentence coming out of her.

Some confused Neps looked back at him "Oh that is such a good one oh shit....really Deluca?! My freaking god..." Bruce almost rolled from the boxes from laughing "Her ship sank gloriously and got a big stamp of Kuvexian on its ass! Haha" Bruce just jumped off the box and put his rifle down as some soldiers were surprised at how Bruce talked about their leader "No like seriously just picture it" Bruce is waving his hands as if he is watching outside the window "Ship burning, Irene going ramming into the combat and f*cks p totally in all of her glory and there comes f*cking Gustav riding his parade pony to save the day" He burst out laughing.

"Oh, that battle..." Wipes a tear-away "That was just....awesome you should have been there" Bruce shakes his head thinking of the battle at Nataria.

Captains quarters
Irene

The dark quarters slowly became illuminated, as a quiet buzzing sound, slightly caused a stir. the trip until then had been nominal, a late evening of paperwork had kept Irene up. the light changing the sleep cycle in her room to "day time" she groaned, before slowly rocking out of bed. stopping the alarm, she stood, with a deep yawn Irene began her morning routine, slowly making her way to a coffee machine, starting the system to brew a hot mug of the lifeblood of all of her college nights. making her way to the bathroom the shower was started, as well as her toothbrush and paste, after the shower, Irene re entered her quarters getting finished to be prepared for the day, daily reports showing their course for the freebeer system on time. as she continued to read from the wall monitor, the atrocious names of the planet and city to rendezvous made Irene physically wince." who in the hell thought it was a good idea to name a planet boiling hot and its city beer...goggles...." pinching the bridge of her nose, Irene transferred the information to her data jockey. making her way out of her quarters into the corridor walking a brisk pace, heading towards the elevator for morning chow. forgetting her coffee in her rush. continuing to read through her reports, she noted the sheer amount of turassieli refugees that were now coming in as fresh naval and marine recruits. being sent to the freebeer system specifically to meet ,replenish supplies and personnel on board prior to the ships departure to the current objective location. flicking through her data Jockey once more. Irene called for Aliset via a private message. "To warrant officer Soren, please report to the mess hall, though informal id like to discuss current reports we have received about your kin. inform your current section leader and meet for a meal. signed Irene Barna" in the time it took to finish the message the elevator had finally come. finally entering the Elevator, Irene sighed before opening her DataJockey once more writing another quick message while the thought came to mind." Horus, would you care to join me in the Mess hall for Breakfast? I have a meeting with Warrant officer Barna and i would like your...company while we discuss important matters from here moving forward.-Irene Barna" After sending the message, Irene smacked her hand to her forehead, what in the world was she thinking!? At this point it was too late for self chastising. Leaning against the wall of the elevator, she patiently awaited her arrival to the main Mess Hall.

The Sergeant had called his team in once more, now in their daily training regimen. A five mile run before breakfast was mandatory, knowing full well the Lieutenant would be late, as she always seemed to miss runs for one reason or another. waiting at the track he checked his Datajockey making sure his message reached the young SAW handler as well. the Gym seemed especially empty today, few marines and Naval personnel were scattered through out the various workout machines and the track itself had a few runners already active. Zoran had always seen group PT as a way of bonding with the other soldiers and sailors he worked with. even after a month, life outside of an IPG compound was strange, made even more complicated by his former lover being assigned to the ship. with a heavy sigh he sent one additional message to the unruly Lieutenant, ensuring it was an encrypted channel."Soo-jin, I know you are avoiding me. come to the track, while i am running the team we can talk, coffee and chow are on me after okay? id like to discuss our last mission, and what happened with the now former Sergeant.-Grim" looking to his DataJockey Zoran sighed deeply, attempting to focus on the task at hand, it had seemed so long ago since they had last actually spoken. thinking of the Plan Of the Day, he quickly focused, moving back to the mat, setting up a VR trainer to clear his mind, a good fight always seemed to help. As the system kicked up, his vision blurred briefly, before several kuvexian heavy infantry appeared before him, their armor and spears seem drenched in gold, blades dancing at the ends of their gilded hafts. wasting no time Zoran darted into the fray, as thrusts and tip cuts flew into his direction, each strike barely sliding past his frame with a practiced ease. Zoran stepped under the spear of the closest soldier, striking him in the throat, grabbing his arm, throwing him over his shoulder, and into the ground, slamming his shoulder into the heavy framed Kuvexian, rolling up he quickly stomped into the throat of the soldier, kicking the spear up into his hands. The first opponent dispatched with ease as the other step back with surprise, before lunging together at different angles of the Commando. Parrying the first strike the second came between Zoran and the polearm. Making distance he lets go of the spear pulling one of the hafts his direction, stepping to the side forcing the spear and soldier into the chest and face of his ally, causing slight confusion. losing time in the Simulation, Zoran continues to go all out for most of the gym to see on a wall mounted Monitor. now starting to gather the attention of Marines and Sailors alike, watching from the sidelines.

Levente

working on the gunship they were provided, he grumbled annoyed still at the flight chief, considering his request for a "proper ship" was still denied. patting his hand around the workspace, Lev's head appeared from inside an engines compartment. " Private Shahad....What the hell made you want to want to sit aboard one of our fine vessels, working on a piece of garbage with a man like me huh? I'm sure there is a story behind you coming to Nepleslia. If you don't mind me asking that is, My wife as you know is Senti, but a Pilot for the Star Army of Yamatai. I know she is doing this for me as well as here People, but i cant say i know much about Iroma culture, other than what Betty has told me. though it is not much to be honest. Also hand me the light to you right if you would be so kind?" Levente couldn't help be curious, since Betty did not grow up in their culture he was not sure completely what her people were really like. seeing the opportunity, Lev felt it important to connect with his new engineer. pulling up his communications link via neural connection. Levente sent a message to Betty smirking slightly as he began to write, the thought of his lover meeting him while working seemed to ease his sour mood remembering today was going to be a rather important day." my dear, would you be willing to meet me on Deck 17, and grab coffee and possibly a bite for us? i am tied up doing work on the engine of the Gunship, I also have something rather Serious to speak to you about. when work permits, even if you cannot bring chow. join me in the Hangar.-Lev" Forgetting what he was doing for a moment Lev bumped an exposed wire, causing a small short, shocking his arm. jumping slightly the distance between the edge of the compartment and his forehead closed faster then anticipated. A resounding BANG." Damn piece of shit garbage, tin can shit box!!" throwing a sling of curses at the gunship from inside his voice reverberating throughout inner hull of the Viper Gunship.

Hangar 18 PR office

the majority of the department had the day to relax, but a message had been sent to corporal Hiroshiko directly from Lieutenant Dells, the notification to her Data pad made a noise."
CPL Hiroshiko, if possible can you stop by the office. we have some data to sift through, feel free to stop by after breakfast. the work is minimal and i hate to call you in on a day that is not your duty day, i also have a questionnaire for you to fill out. just some feedback of your time aboard the ship. see you soon-LT Dells" his message was short, courteous yet also to the point. not wanting to take up too much time on the Corporals much coveted rest days. he himself did not want to be working on their rest day. knowing full well that their job was imperative for the positive image of their nation, the weight of each foreign member aboard their ship made LT Dells' head spin. sitting down he proceeded to contact two additional technicians, their quota soon to be revealed. Morale shoots, surveys and "Morale boosting activities" were the key notes of the list he had received. cracking his fingers the thin Lieutenant began to schedule each and every duty for the next several weeks

Location: last known location of unclaimed space
ship(s):Turassiel Flotilla/ undisclosed Substation
time:YE42

The massive Flotilla, usually holding numbers reaching 4-5 billion souls, was little more than a shattered husk. the connected ships now seperated into three distinct pieces. Silent and Solemn, its last known location becoming a Mass Grave for an estimated 3.5 billion. bodies frozen in their last moments of pain, anguish and surprise. within the shattered remains of th main body of the Flotilla, a beacon, calcified with time, cracked as the built in power cell activated. the screen breaking away partially, as the very top of the antenna began to flash red, showing a signal was being sent. its whereabouts or comrades were unknown, as the red flashing Beacon illuminated the carnage around it with short bright flashes, basking the wreckage in a dull red glow.

SubStation

in the far off corners of the Kikyo Sector, the Calcified remains of an ancient Substation, slowly but surely began to activate. each section individual booting up, causing the calcification to begin to break and crumble. a blackened gold. the inner corridors, beginning to hum to life, as a dull red glow illuminated walkways and monitors. as the ancient substation begins to run diagnostics tests in a long dead language. As each section begins to activate, the Systems begin to bring full power back to the controls, as alarms activate alerting the long dead crew of ship docking protocols as the Airlock depressurized. the crew seeming all missing. the massive Spacehulk begins to communicate bto the Substation, their systems speaking as if technicians were communicating to one another in a different time. the winding hallways, led to a large chamber that now slowly began to glow with a dull red, rows upon rows of what seemed to be Sarcophagi lined all but the entrance into the chamber. enough room to walk between each pod was noted. as each of the pods fully activated, silhouettes of various sizes would cast eerie shadows onto the deck of the ancient Spacehulk.

Corporal Caffran Canterbury stood leaning against the back wall and was watching with interest the Sargent's VR Sparing. The Sarge was one tough bastard and Caffran had developed a deep respect for him. That was about the extend of Caffran's social circle. They had been on this ship for over a month now and Caffran hadn't done much socializing. He was viewed by many as a ghost or a ghoul. Caffran always wore his camo-cloak, except for the few times duty required him not to. And even when he was not deliberately trying to practice his stealthing, he had a bad habit of just seeming to materialize out of then air. Not that that bothered him. Every time some Marine or Sailor would jump and say "You scared me. I didn't see you." Caffran would just smile and say "Good. Means I haven't lost my touch." and walk away.

Caffran studied the Sarge's combat style. It was good. Very fluid. The Sarge never stopped moving and took every little advantage that presented itself. The corporal could appreciate that. Too often he saw people not go all out just because it was a simulation. Caffran was a firm believer that how hard you trained would reflect how hard you fought for real. The Sarge was definitely one tough bastard. Seeing that almost all the simulated enemies were going down, he detached himself from the wall and went into the simulation room just as the Sarge finished up. Caffran held out a towel and a water bottle to the Sargent and said casually, "You put on quite a show there Sarge. I doubt there is anyone out there who watched you practice who would want a piece of you. No one besides me anyway."
