I never get any communications over YIM to reinforce that I should be posting, nor anything to clear up anything I'm unclear on. The IRC never helps either since you guys are either discussing some OOC drama crap or having an e-peen waving contest.

If you're with the Infiltration group, follow Rico to the armory. If you're with Fian's group, suit up in the PAs. Everyone that is not in Fian's group is in Rico's group.
Remember, when it comes to combat as a general rule you can only 'try' to hit something. It is up to the GM to determine if you actually hit it or not depending on environmental factors and whatnot.
The 'try to' rule only applies to combat (And more often, only to evasion and actual attacks!)
So things like taking cover, moving and performing non-offensive actions (All unless done under-fire) are automatically successful unless the GM intervenes or the player himself wishes his PC to 'fumble'.
Yeah, Savtechs can be in small card-like devices because certain NAM armors have slots where you can insert them. the Savtech then overrides the suits own AI or OS or whatever, and your savtech has all your preferences and whatnot saved for you, so you can just use any armor and the savtech will set it up to your liking.
