Hello everyone, I'm a fan of Sci Fi, video games and all those things we tend to spend way too much time on. My biggest passion however is drawing, so as requested by Wes and by my personal interest I'm here to offer my skills to you guys.

If you want to see more please visit my Deviantart gallery here: http://zairyo.deviantart.com/

If you want to commission me please make sure you are willing to spend at least $15.00 and that you have a Paypal account.
Thanks for your time.

This is aimed to those of you that don't have a credit card or paypal account (or any way to pay for digital content) but wish they could get a commission from me. As some of you know I have an Xbox 360, which means nothing Microsoft does is ever free, that goes with Xbox Live and Marketplace related content. The Star Army price for commissions remains the same, $15 for the commission and an extra $5 for the card option which brings it to $20. Those $20 can be paid with:

A- 1600 Microsoft Points
B- 3 months of Xbox live Gold subscription

I currently care more about the points than the subscription 'cause I only play online with friends (friends that I communicate with through IM 'cause I can't hear $#!T through the headset so good thing I only like co-op and not multiplayer crap)

There are sites that allow some people (those living in the US, Canada and forgot where else) to do some surveys and what not and get them for free, I really don't care how you get the points, only that they work. Amazon.com also sells them directly, by e-mailing you the code.

Thanks for the comments people. ^^

On a related note I'm no longer printing my artbook through cafepress. Why not? Well the final product isn't bad as I already did a test and liked it but when I was at the NY Comic Con I bought 2 sketchbooks which were printed in http://comixpress.com/ I knew about the site before but since they charge for production I didn't consider them until I saw how big a difference it makes. For one you can print full color, 2 you can go full page and 3 the paper quality is better than cafepress'

So, that being said I think Wes has enough art from all of us to make some sort of artbook for Star Army. I would prefer if he made a Role Playing Guidebook with an art section though. Kinda like most card games books have.

So would you buy that Guide?
Now what does that have to do with me? Nothing really as I won't ask for a percentage of the sales as the art Wes got from me has been already paid for, I think the other artists would allow him to do so too. However a referral when making an order is welcomed. I think the referral should be made for Ultra Starlight at the moment but from the FAQ unless I order something I won't be an existing customer.
Existing customers that got new people get $5.00 of store credit. That can't be turned into cash but it helps when you are producing new books as that help cover the production cost for the first one. Anyway questions or comments are welcomed, especially from Wes. I want to know if you are interested in pursuing this.

Right now, our RPG book isn't even started yet. We haven't been able to decide whether to use an existing system or make our own, even.

We'd probably have to make something more like an art+reference book.

This is pretty badass. I think it's probably one of the best male character portraits you've ever done. It's good to have a male UOC portrait.

I hope things work out well with your computer. I think I'd go crazy if I couldn't use my laptop. What happened to your machine?

I was also wondering if there's any update on the art for either Misaki or Aoiko.

I think it pings X-Men because of the black leather. ;) But freaking sweet. I also love having the male version of the Uniform, especially with a "Vest" variant of the jacket.

Well we had some problems with the internet which was kind of annoying 'cause I couldn't get to some references provided but decided I might as well do what I could offline. Thankfully yesterday they fixed the problem and I could get back online, as I was checking my e-mail the screen went black but the PC didn't turn off so I assumed it was either my monitor dying on me (nearly 10 years old it could happen) or my video card. My motherboard has an integrated video card so I tried that one and no luck. I restarted my machine and didn't get the beep during the POST and still no video. Decided to test my monitor on my mother's computer and it worked so monitor was cleared of all charges ^^;
So no beep during post and no video led me to believe that my mobo might be dying. I opened the machine to see if everything was getting power (to rule out the power supply too) and everything was on and apparently working. I turned it off again, kinda reassembled everything that needs to be plugged (cables and cards) and restarted it again. I got image but it looked weird, with random crap all over the screen, I waited until checkdisk finished its job and when windows loaded I got sound and image and so far it is working "fine".

I'm gonna try inking the images today and at least finish one of them. I will have to charge you after I'm done just in case.

First thought: "That's so cool..."
Third thought: "Why does this remind me of the X-Men?"

Another job well-done, Zairyo!
