The holidays are upon us! So starting now, through the end of the year, we're celebrating! It's a special time of the year were we reflect on what we've accomplished and who we care about as we count down to 2015 and YE 37. It's time for the year-end traditions! So break out the evergreen trees in your roleplay threads and have your characters visit to the shops to get gifts before it's too late!

We're heading into the end-of-the-year Holiday season soon, which means many things. Thanksgiving is coming up for those of us in the USA, and there's also the winter holidays like Christmas and Hanukkah. For Star Army, this usually means the flow of roleplay gets disrupted because people are away for trips to see their family and such.

Hi Star Army! I want you to know about some ongoing changes to the way the forums are set up. We're eliminating the "archives" sections and subforums and moving the posts into top-level forums, such as faction forums. I'll explain why below. Also I'll explain how, if you want to view only a certain plot's posts, you can use the forum's prefix filter to create a "virtual subforum" showing only posts from that plot.

37 SARPers responded to the poll so far.

65% were against limiting RP to the existing starmap. In fact, people really want the map expanded! 73% said want the map expanded. Only 5% didn't. This was the most agreed-upon part of the survey. 70% want to both expand the map's borders and allow separate star clusters.

Support for rescaling the map was much less than expanding...
