Also "A Certain Scientific Railgun", a spin-off (and sorta prequel) with Misaka being the titular character known as the Railgun of Tokiwadai. And she earnsthat title. A car is the weakest thing she hits with one of those quarters.
I haven't seen "Index". I don't know if I will, either, because as cool as Misaka and her use of her ability is, there were other characters didn't work quite as well.
