Aendri cocked an eyebrow. Though it had bits and pieces of reasonable methods in it, the restraints weren't done in anything like a coherent manner. "I guess that would work, but it still isn't quite good enough." Snagging a couple of the ties himself, Aendri stepped up in front of the class, separating the two. He quickly cut through the restraints on Michi, and motioned for her to stand up. "Now, on thing to remember, is that you want to secure body parts behind the prisoner's back as much as possible." To go along with this, he quickly secured Michi's hands behind her back, using a set of three ties which closely resembled handcuffs. "There's a reason the police have been using this method for years, so don't doubt that it's useful. However, for our purposes, it's not enough."
He paused, to look at everyone in the class. "First off, the prisoner is still mobile. Even though she's restrained from using her hands, she can still run, and depending on how good her balance is, kick. In other words, she can still fight back and escape. Second, if she's flexible enough, she can pass her arms under her feet, bringing the restraints in front of her, where she can see what she's doing and work out of the restraints much more easily. Now, there are a couple of things to do from there, but the simplest, and most effective, is to put the feet together with the hands." Without letting her know what he was doing, Aendri put a hand on Michi's shoulder, and a foot in front of her leg, and flipped her down on her face, with a quiet, "Excuse me."
"Just join the feet together similarly to the hands, then add more ties to join the hand restraints to the restraints on the feet. This way, all four of her limbs are trapped behind her, and she can't move much at all. Now, before I let her go, Saito-Hei, I want you to try your best to escape those restraints. The rest of you, help her out. Give her ideas, think of possible weaknesses in this method." That said, he stepped back into the class, to let them work this one out.

The LUT pulled into the center of the Fort Ready training area, and the driver put it in park. "Go ahead and jump out, your instructors should be in that building over there. You need to talk to them to figure out what you need to do from here. You're looking for Valencia-Heisho or Shasos'Shol-Hei."
