Prologue
Assigned to a mission of reconnaissance, the LSDF Trishka had expanded the Lorath Matriarchy's knowledge of the northern most reaches of territory beyond the scope in which they had once known. Venturing where few had gone before outside of the accidental, or the truly adventurous. What came of their exploration which saught out the source of aggression against the most northern of Lorath settlements, was not a conflict, but instead, a discovery of the unexpected, the Iromakuanhe Astral Commonwealth.
Upon the discovery of the Iromakuanhe, the Lorath Matriarchy pushed for a near immediate establishment of peace and friendship treaties, ensuring that the Matriarchy would have friends to the north, friends which would provide a helpful eye, and a guiding hand, for future colonial expansion which would press the northern-most boundaries of settled space. Though, what came of the treaty was also knowledge, and questions. Questions such as how the Iromakhuanhe knew of the Matriarchy prior to their arrival, and even knew of the Nepleslians, and the Yamataians with such detail. Though, something which served as a piece of the familiar, was the unexpected retrieval of a daughter of the Matriarchy, one of the Lmanel.
Upon conclusion of peace accords being signed, the Trishka set to port, using the luxury of Hyperfold to make the return trip all the easier. None the less, due to the need to perform repairs upon the Trishka at the Biesi settlement, the journey to return one of the lost had taken weeks. Though, eventually, the ship set down upon Nyli III, where the most ideal equipment was for refitting the Trishka, and there was the place where they unloaded their unexpected passenger; Nall'Tis "Harmony" Hulut Llamnel.
YE 35 - Nyli III - Central Settlement Port
"You do know that there was a push for a ceremony, right?" spoke the Fyunnen Commander of the Trishka, Korr'ih, who stood alongside Nall'tis at the loading bay which was soon to open once the ramp was extended. "Since you were the first to contact the Iroma, and the first to be so far north, there was some commotion about your discovery. For the sake of making the return home easier, I managed to minimize the presence of our media coverage down to a single camera, and a reporter which will be documenting the return for a later broadcast. Though, I do have orders to give you a medal once we're off the ramp, but that can wait until after you greet your family." Korr'ih explained, as she stood with arms crossed, her gaze looking to the door anxiously. She disliked the public eye, but, there she was, headed right into it. Not only for the sake of the Lmanel which they had recovered, but also her performance in regard to leading the ship in a mission which had such favorable results.
