RP: YSS Genei [Mission 1]Finding the hand that feeds

Nobutora frowned for a moment at Eika’s questioning tone. He wondered for a moment if he ought to ask if she felt confident in leading the infiltration, as well she should given her primacy in developing the plan; deciding it probably wouldn’t help, he nodded to her once, sharply. “That sounds like an effective strategy. Are we prepared to act now or should we communicate with the Shosa first?”

Konpeki waited a moment, Well since no one has any complaints on the division of tasks. she thought. "Okay, let's move before things change." She said moving to the place where she had observed safely from earlier.

She nodded to Aeto and Kansuke to start their distraction of the guard. After the cab ride with them, I'm confident that they will have the guard completely perplexed in moments., Once she saw that they had the guard engaged in conversation, she walked towards the building. Konpeki walked with confidence exuding the confidence that she belonged here. When she approached the door she did a quick examination to determine if it was locked or not.

The door didn't have a visible locking mechanism on it. Well, not visible from the outside anyway. There was a box to the side that had a sticker on it. From a glance it was obvious that the box was a receiver for a wireless key of some kind.

From the window on the door, both Konpeki and Nobutora could see into the NovaCorp offices. This entrance appeared to be a side entrance to the 1st floor cubicle farms that often swallowed and devoured entry level employees whole. Unsurprisingly, the cubicle farm appeared to be quite empty though it was difficult to tell from just looking through a window.

Konpeki pulled out the hand held computer of her lock pick kit and held it up to the panel. "Now I can use one of the skills that my mother would certainly not approve of." She said with a grin.

As she started entering parameters into the unit she said to Nobutora, "Yamamoto-Hei, once we get inside the building may I have your permission to speak to you telepathically? It would allow communication without someone hearing us. For example while keeping lookout while you transfer the data I could keep you appraised of anyone approaching without having to speak. Naturally this would mean I give you permission to speak to me telepathically as well."

While she waited for a response she adjusted the algorithm of the locking picking unit, and finally heard the door give the electronic buzz that signaled that it was unlocked. "Got it." She pulled the door open, "After you."

Nobutora watched with satisfaction as Eika rapidly picked the lock. “Certainly. Telepathy seems to be the appropriate tactical choice.” Taking a step back, he glanced around their surroundings briefly. It wouldn’t do to have their entry observed by some guard they had overlooked. Satisfied that there was no one in sight, he turned back to Eika. “Thank you.” Stepping through the door, he kept on hand one his bag and the other at his side, ready to react to any threats awaiting them. A quick look around the massive room presented no immediate cause for concern, but Nobutora remained wary, mentally re-affirming, again, that his pistol had a full charge. ”The area seems secure for the moment, Eika-hei,” he sent, stepping a little deeper into the room. The cubicles seemed nearly identical, however; it would be hard navigating the interior. ”Do you have any intelligence on where Sukimade’s terminal and personal items might be located?”

Konpeki walked along side Nobutora acting as if she belonged here, she used her holographic ability to create an illusionary novacorp badge like the ones she had seen, it would be enough to pass a casual check.

Interrogating Novacorp personnel outside for such information was not a viable option. she sent with a grin. So we will make our way to the lobby. Most businesses have a directory posted so that people coming in to do business can find the person they want. If they do not have one readily available, then we will have to find a handy terminal and you will need to use your expertise to find the location that way.

"And you seriously think it's okay to leave things as it is? No wonder you're sitting high and mighty on the throne of SitOnMyAssAndGuardBullshitia."

Aeto's pissed off, sarcastic tone was partially an act, though most of it was from being stuck on distraction duty. It took all he had not to look in the door's general direction, and even more not sell his snared prey ridiculously high life insurance.

"I know it's a low job, but I have to start somewhere, right? I'm lucky that I could even find something like this. Can't afford to live on my own, but I can barely afford to make it through my classes without worry about failing AND not making my payments on ti-"

"LOOK brolexander!" Aeto roared through his teeth, trying to stay at least somewhere quiet as he slapped the guard's shoulder as hard as possible, gripping him with the mighty embrace and brotherhood. "You and me, and that guy over him. Yeah, and him too. We're not meant for any life like this. Doesn't matter what tests you pass, doesn't matter how long your file cabinet of meat is, and it SURE AS I DON'T KNOW WHAT doesn't matter how much money you make. Look at all of this."

He pointed to the rest of the area, wrapping his arm around the guard while turning him away from the door as best as possible. "Authority? Doing the right thing? Having a good job? being somebody? It's all bullshit. Every piece of metal, every war, every law, everything that holds you back and tell you that ya ain't worth a shit. It's all made by a man just like you. Living, breathing, bleeding and dying. None of us are any different."

Aeto's rampant speech continued as he rallied the guard's youthful fire, somehow making the fellow clench his fist in inspiration. Enough inspiration to go for a small walk.

"A guy says to you, 'Hey. Guard this door, it's your job.' What do you say back? Nothing. Or if you want, 'Fuck you'. Either works. If they refuse to pay you, what is money anyway? Data. Paper. Metal that represents what, GREED?! Nah Broguel, that's not what we're here for. Someone says stop I'll shoot, you shoot them first. Someone tells you to pay taxes? Piss on the taxes, send it in, then rob them and take it back. Well, wash this piss off first, but you get the drift."

The interior of the first floor repeated cubicles about half way through the building was straight cubicles. Every now and then a cubicle contained some personal items that were visible as one passed by it, pictures of families, pets, or even various awards lined their interiors. The seemingly endless cubicle farm though stopped and after a small series of doors led to the NovaCorp lobby. Before even exiting the cubicle farm though, Konpeki and Nobutora could both see the back of the NovaCorp representative speaking with the press, their camera's flashing madly through the glass doors of the lobby.

Konpeki seeing the crow of people in the lobby turned to Nobutora and said, "Yamamoto-san, perhaps it would be prudent if we went with Plan B and see if you can locate the office location from one of the terminals in those cubicles."

"Ah. Yes, I believe that would be wise," replied Nobutora. He pulled his gait up short and looked around, hoping to find a terminal both close and out of sight of the doors.

Konpeki turned and visually scanned the area to make sure no one was paying attention to them.

"To make it clear, are we to maintain that you are an employee and I am a contractor being escorted by you?" said Nobutora, continuing the search. "I'm afraid I do not have the capability to replicate a NovaCorp badge myself."

"Yes, and I've not had the opportunity to borrow one from someone who resembles you." Konpeki replied. "You suggestion mirrors my thoughts."

Luckily the pair were far enough off that there weren't any camera's pointed directly at them, and they could step back behind the door rather quickly. It wouldn't take Nobutora long to find a terminal, of course the Yamataian was presented with a formidable foe when he sat down. The standard, although old, login prompt.

"Ah," muttered Nobutora as he spotted the terminal, and the ubiquitous, but perhaps unsurprising, prompt. "Would your code cracker work on this, Eika-hei... er, Eika-san? Plugging in my equipment might be... indiscreet."

Konpeki considered for a moment, "No, the unit I have is only intended to work on electronic locks for doors and safes. Not a keyboard system."

"Perhaps you could disconnect the terminal and attach your equipment directly?"

"Perhaps..." Nobutora quickly looked around the terminal, feeling for a catch or button to release it.

Unfortunately for Nobutora there were no cables other than the lone power cord, though as Nobutora reached back his head dipped closer to the machine and he could 'feel' the machine's wireless connection to the network.

"Unfortunately it appears that I would have to rip off the casing in order to reach any attachment points and it would take far too long to crack the wireless security with brute force." Nobutora paused and took a deep breath. It wasn't like him to suggest anything but technical solutions, but... "Perhaps it might be best to, ahem, interrogate an employee for the information directly."

"Okay, now lets see if we can find someone for me to approach." Konpeki said as she looked around for a likely person.

The office was hardly populated at all, though there was one face that Konpeki did recognize. It wasn't the gentleman from earlier, he appeared to be in a back office absorbed in computer work.

"Wait here I will attempt to gain the office location." Konpeki said, she walked over to the gentleman. She took a stance that would show off her curves in a flattering manner. "Pardon me, could you help me?"

The Yamataian's eyes flicked up to Konpeki then flicked back to his terminal before suddenly snapping back to Konpeki this time dragging his head with them. "You look new, I haven't seen you around here before. What can I do for you?" the Yamataian asked as he leaned back in his desk chair.

"I am new, actually just transferred here." Konpeki said giving a concerned look. "I am supposed to meet with Iro Sukimade, but the lobby is rather busy with reporters and such. I was wondering if you could help me and tell me where his office is? I do not wish to be late for my meeting."

The Yamataian's face flashed a small amount of dissapointment before speaking again. "Sukimade huh, I think he's up on the third floor. I heard he's a terminal monkey though, I don't know which one he'd be using. If you want I could get you a transfer down here, you'd definitely make more money than up on 3."

"I will keep your offer in mind if I find the position with Sukimade to mind numbing." Konpeki gave a friendly wave. "See you around." And she walked away with a slight sway to her hips.

Nobutora watched her return with... professional interest. Evidently, her... manipulation of the target had been both fast and highly successful. Swallowing, hopefully discreetly, as she came to stand next to him, he nodded. "Do we have a location?"

"According to the gentleman Sukimade is located on the third floor. He didn't know what terminal. But he did offer me a better paying position." She said with a grin.

"Ah. Well, he may be a useful source at a later point," he replied, looking away quickly, a little worried about what exactly that grin might mean. Gathering up his bag and checking his pistol, again, he turned back to Eika. "We ought to locate the traitor as soon as possible, in case he attempts to run."

"To the elevators then." Konpeki said, moving down the hallway.

It didn't take long for Konpeki and Nobutora to find and take an elevator to the third floor. As they stepped out of the elevator though an entirely different view awaited them. An entire lab of back to back computers sat before them. This time there were no cubicles separating each one, only a sticker on the corner of each desk detailing information about each machine such as it's number, and internal network address. There were a few people sitting at various places in the lab, but they didn't notice when the elevator arrived.

Wonderful. Konpeki thought, she had been expecting a floor with office spaces, not a server farm with terminals. "Great now all we have to do is locate Sukimade's workstation without arousing suspicion. Any ideas?"

Meanwhile, Aeto's 'friend' outside was getting an earful. In fact the guard was getting slightly annoyed. After going a short distance the guard had finally heard enough. "Sir, you need to leave this area NOW." the guard said firmly. The fact that Aeto had completely butchered his name wasn't helping anything. The guard reached for his NSP and unstrapped it from it's holster but didn't remove it. The gaurd found the irony in the previous conversation about shooting people but didn't visibly show it.

"Hmm. This could indeed present a problem." Nobutora looked down at the network addresses on each machine. Sitting down at the nearest terminal without a word, he took out his laptop and attached it to the machine. After a moment of typing and cracking through the security features, he looked up at Eika. "I am attempting to ping Sukimade's terminal from the outside. I have his external address from the previous hack. The response to this machine, on the inside, aught to provide his internal address." Turning back to type for a moment more, he finally stood back up. "I have sent the ping request. Now the only question is if it will reply."

The response was similar to that of Nobutora's initial hack. The server suddenly choked and couldn't find the machine. Something unusual did happen however, one of the terminals across the room that were facing Nobutora and Konpeki lit up a bright red before returning to the screen saver at the same time that Nobutora sent the ping.

"Alright, alright. Have it your way. My words'll sink in sooner or later. When you're ready to step into a REAL direction in life. Well. This probably won't be the last time you see me." Aeto shrugged as the guard became more standoffish. He nodded while patting his unwitting target on the shoulder, looking through his glasses towards the distant door. This was as long as he could stall. With that, he slowly walked away.

Nobutora was entirely engrossed by the information being displayed on the screen to notice anything else in the room. He sat back down and began working rapidly at the keyboard again. "This is quite odd. The terminal failed to respond even to an internal ping." He looked up at Eika. "I'm afraid I'm at a bit of a loss at the moment. The security on this terminal is going to take far too long to overcome from here while remaining unobserved."

"Yamamoto, I did notice that terminal there lit up with a red screen briefly around the same time as you sent your ping." Konpeki said, indicating the terminal with her hand.

"Really?" At a momentary loss for words, Nobutora stood up and looked in the indicated direction. The screen was now identical to those around it, but he shrugged. "That would seem to be quite an amateurish security program to visually indicate itself, but at the moment, I believe investigating it may be our best course of action," he said, already unplugging laptop and stowing it in his bag.

The juxtaposition of the sophisticated software side of the security system's on the traitor's system with the really childish red flash had Nobutora so distracted and confused he didn't even notice, let alone comment, on Eika's relatively casual use of his name.

Konpeki looked for place where she could causally observe the other people without appearing obvious. Positioning herself between them and Nobutora so as to sheild his activities.

The terminal appeared to be pretty standard, there were standard input devices, a mug of what appeared to be coffee or tea sitting next to the terminal. The screensaver, a billowing NovaCorp logo, was gently floating across the screen.

A weak, whining sigh of a message was sent from Aeto to his otherwise busy team as he made his way back between the press conference's onlookers, waiting for a small rablle to begin talking. "Oh well. Looks like Mr. Protector finally went back to what he was doing. Sure hope it doesn't take too long for these guys to get to the point." He trailed off while looking through the reporters. One of them would do something interesting for the sake of stealing glory. Either that or he'd make them do something.

Sitting down at the terminal, Nobutora simply stared at it for a moment. With the level of sophistication he had seen from its security before, he had no intention of hooking up his laptop and losing more hardware to a virus. Instead, he began feeling around the case, until his fingers caught upon a device in the back. He pulled it and set it down in front of the terminal. "This is the external memory device Sukimade was using. If you can provide cover for just a moment I will copy the data." He pulled the network segregator from his bag and attached it to the device before attaching another one of his portable drives to the segregator. Hitting the button on the drive to begin the copying, he sat back and glanced around.

Konpeki picked up a notepad from a nearby desk, and pretended to be reviewing it, she made a variety of head shakes and nods as she pretended to read the paper. Then she picked up a pen and proceeded to correct the document. All the while she kept looking at the other people out of the corner of her eyes, and trained her CDLD's to make sure that no one was talking about them.

The transfer seemed to be going nicely before a small whining noise came out of the portable hard drive that Nobutora had brought. Seconds later the device disengaged automatically with a faint smell of burnt electronics gently coming out of it.

Konpeki wrinkled her nose as the acrid smell of burnt electronics wafted up. In a whisper, "I take it that's a bad thing." she said with a wry grin.

Nobutora frowned. What had simply appeared to be extreme data security now began to appear to be paranoia. This Sukimade was providing excessive security even for items that he could provide physical security for. "Yes. That is a 'bad thing,'" he replied. Poking at the wrecked device for a moment, he looked around again. "At this point, we can either leave the device or remove it from the premises, though I would be worried about introducing this even to PANTHEON. It likely will destroy any system it is mounted on without the proper codes." He turned to look pointedly at Eika. "We may need Sukimade himself to provide those codes."

Konpeki thought for a moment. "Well, our mission objective was to get the data without detection. If we leave the drive we fail, if we take the drive we fail. I would say that at least securing the data is the preferred option. It then makes the option of acquiring Sukimade viable."

Meanwhile outside the press conference was still going on. It seemed like NovaCorp was developing some consumer product that the military had been using for a while. While listening to the speech, which as expected of NovaCorp was very nicely, Aeto noticed movement in one of the upper windows of the NovaCorp building. With the assistance of his glasses it was clearly Iro Sukimade staring down at the crowd from above.

"Mmm." Nobutora nodded. "A dedicated cryptological technician at headquarters could likely break in with time, but with our organic assets..." He poked at the wrecked device once more before removing it and putting it back into his bag. "I think it might be in order to contact the Shosa about a change in operational parameters."

Konpeki nodded at Nobutora's suggestion. "I agree with contacting the Shosa, but we should make up our mind about the drive an get out of here, before someone starts wondering what we are doing here at his workstation."

The idle echo of a the convention's presentation scratched beneath the sound of a few muddled murmurs as Aeto''s transmission began. "Mmmm...looks like my company went back to work. Not like he was guarding anything but the door to a cafeteria or something anyway...oyoyo...wait a minute ." Aeto's mumbling ended as he slapped a hand on the nearest convention guest, determined to make small talk. "It looks like we've got a few VIPs in the hen house tonight."

"Very well." He turned to look at the terminal and then reached down and pocketed the drive. "For the record, it is my opinion the constraints of time do not give us sufficient lee-way to carry this mission out in any other manner than to acquire the data with the utmost haste." Standing, he adjusted his bag and pushed in the chair. "We can contact the Shosa while locating Sukimade."

Konpeki thought for a moment, not finding any alternative. "I concur, acquire the data, and then get authorization to locate and acquire Sukimade. After all its not likely we'll find him just standing around where we can easily approach him."

"Let us get about it then." Nobutora moved quickly but inconspicuously away from the terminal. Waiting a moment for Eika, he sent a quick burst of a message to the Shosa. "Ma'am, the device is inaccessible without the proper codes. Both Eika-hei and I concur that 'snatching' Sukimade is the only way to secure the data in a timely manner. We have already taken the storage device. Requesting permission to grab the traitor."

Eika paused for a moment to put down the clipboard and then walked towards Nobutora. Meanwhile she sent via the SACOS to Aeto "Can you determine pedigree of VIP?" Then to Nobutora, "I would suggest we find someplace to wait for authorization a bit less conspicuous."

"If you think it's the only way we can get that information then permission is granted." Yoshiko responded.

From below Aeto could see Iro step away from the window having satiated his desire to see what all the commotion was and began to head deeper into the building.

"I'll follow your lead," replied Nobutora verbally, while simultaneously sending, "understood, ma'am. We will keep your apprised." Moving forward, now behind Eika, his head was on a swivel as he looked for any signs of Sukimade. "The Shosa granted permission. Shall I set my NSP for stun, or would you like to handle the 'acquisition?'"

We aren't equipped properly for a personnel retrival, improvising. Konpeki thought, "The only way to subdue him will be to use an NSP. But first we must locate the target, and then I can try to lure him to a place where you can render him unconscious with your NSP. But that leaves us with the matter of getting him out of the building."

"I guess if I get distracted at something as little as a shadow, it's time to take a break." Aeto waved with a slightly embarrassed laughter to the person next to him, slowly making his way from the guests at the press conference. "Might as well grab a snack and a few loaves of privacy." the scratching sound of his voice ended as the sound of the press conference faded, soon his footsteps the only sound before the transmission shut off.

"Certainly, we wouldn't want to stun him in a public place." He continued to glance around, but still had no indication of Sukimade's presence. "If Rokunohe-hei can provide a distraction, we might be able to get a body out of the back without raising attention, though we would need a vehicle standing by."

As Konpeki and Nobutora talked they noticed Iro approaching the room. The monitor had reverted back to its screensaver giving no indication that anything had gone wrong. The man looked quite content as he walked, he didn't seem to notice either Konpeki or Nobutora.

"Ah." Nobutora looked away from Sukimade quickly, turning to face Eika instead. "Anybody else about?" he asked nonchalantly as the target passed them.

Konpeki looked around to see if there were any witnesses, while she tried to think of a plausible excuse to get Sukimade into the elevator.

Aeto kept his gaze switching from the press conference to the guarded door, carefully making his way outside the area. He surveyed the building for a while, scratching his chin scruff with all four of his fingers and half a thumb. He didn't see much, but something had to work. "Fearless leader" He began as he contacted "We've got Sukimade up high. Looks like he just got finished taking a gander down at the conference. Somebody find me a power console, a circuit breaker, an ice cream sandwich with a power plug connected. ANYTHING."

The few people that were in the lab when the pair had arrived were still there. There were a pair of them huddling over a terminal, while a few scattered throughout the rest of the lab working on their own work. It didn't take Iro very long to sit back down at his own terminal either. As the screensaver went away Nobutora and Eika both could see Iro very clearly tense up.

"Wait here, I have an idea to attempt to get him to come with me. Once in the elevator we can subdue him." Konpeki whispered to Nobutora. She closed her eyes for a moment to modify her holographic badge to look like the ones worn by the Novacorp security people outside. Yamamoto-Hei, there is one way to exit the building without getting undo attention. Once we subdue Sukimade, we need to set off the fire alarms. We can 'assist' him getting out of the building along with all the other people evacuating. Advise Rokunohe-Hei will need to acquire a vehicle quickly, preferrably something non-descript. she sent telepathically to Nobutora.

She then walked over to where Sukimade was seated. "Sukimade-San, excuse me. An internal network audit of the building network has apparently discovered some unauthorized activity originating with your terminal. Regional President Sakimoto has asked that I escort you to his office to clear up this matter."

Iro grimaced but quickly recovered. "I take we'll be waiting with his secretary, Tanamaki-san, until the press conference is over?" As Iro stood up he glanced around the room. "There's two of you. I didn't think looking that stuff up was that serious." Iro commented.

Konpeki wondered briefly about Sukimade's comment, but filed it for future consideration. Not know who Sakimoto's secretary was, she decided to avoid that issue. "To be honest Sukimade-San, I only know what I was told. That we were to escort you to President Sakimoto's office. They did not tell me who would be waiting for us when we arrive." She motioned towards Nobutora, "After you."

Nobutora nodded sternly as Eika indicated him and then went back to looking serious. He had considered for a moment if he should attempt the menacing look he had seen security guards affect before, but decided that the risk of failure was too high. Rather, he was busy sending a brief burst to Rokunohe. ”Rokunohe-hei. Eika-hei and I will be exiting the building in short order with a… package. We will require immediate and rapid exfiltration from the scene. If you could acquire a vehicle that would allow us to travel inconspicuously, it would be most helpful. We will likely be exiting in the midst of a fire evacuation.” Finished, he fingered the setting switch on his NSP, now slipped into an open pocket of his bag; satisfied that it was firmly locked on stun he moved to call an elevator.

Having little other recourse Sukimade stood waiting on the elevator. Apprehension was plastered all over the man's face and he seemed to be twitching at every sound. Finally just as the elevator arrived he nervously spoke. "Did you guys happen to remove a thumb drive from my workstation?" Iro's eyes bounced from Nobutora to Konpeki several times after he had finished speaking.

"Or maybe if I had a soldering iron, a paperclip, a few thousand tons of-acquire what now?"

Aeto pulled his shades off and smacked them against his ear. Did he hear that right? A few blistering, poorly crafted strings of explicative later and the sound of a door swinging open could be heard amidst the noise of Aeto's stamping footsteps and mumbling. The faded sound of a few voices, one male and one female exchanged words for a while. Normal at first, then confused. Like a rampaging stampede, the all too familiar roar of women scored screeched in the background, their battlecry like screeching harpies picking the bones from weary travelers.

Loud thuds followed, followed by breaking glass and a shuffle as Aeto's heavy breathing came across in transmission.

"This might...take a bit of prep work but I'm on it."

Konpeki mulled over Sukimade's question, Telling him we have it might give him the inclination to try something. she thought. "We were just sent to escort you Sukimade-San. It was another group that was conducting the audit. It is possible that they may have the device in question." When the elevator doors opened, she waited for Nobutora to enter the elevator, and then motioned for Sukimade to enter.

Defeated the Yamataian walked into the elevator as he walked a mental buzz could be felt coming off of him indicating that he was using digital telepathy. "Let me tell my wife I'll be late." the Yamataian said as he stepped in.

--------------------------

As Aeto lay on the ground catching his breath an odd noise came to his ears. At first it was distant and difficult to hear, but as the seconds passed it became much clearer. Sirens. Police sirens to be more precise.

Even as the doors to the elevator were closing, Nobutora already was bringing the NSP out of the bag. Without replying to Sukimade nor checking the weapon's setting again he pulled the trigger. The NSP fired a stun shot, exactly as the setting he had so fastidiously checked and rechecked had indicated, and he stepped forward to help catch the man's dead weight. He looked up at Eika. "We have to assume that we are compromised. We will need to move quickly to egress without further incident." At the same time, he sent a burst message to Rokunohe and the Shosa. "The traitor is unconscious and in custody. He managed to send a telepathic message before he was subdued; thus it would be best to assume he alerted the terrorist cell or other hostile elements. We will need extraction immediately."

Konpeki moved to help catch Sukimade. "I concur with your assessment that we need to expedite our departure. Triggering the fire system is still our best way of leaving without undo attention." She said stabbing the button on the elevator control panel to take them back to the ground floor. While the elevator moved down, she proceeded to search Sukimade's unconscious form to ensure that he had nothing useful on him in case he woke up.

Yoshiko mentally cursed when she received Nobutora's message. The Shosa quickly sat down in front of one of the laptops that had been set up and began typing. "There's a car in the parking lot. The doors are unlocked, get in and try not to draw attention to yourself." Yoshiko sent an image of what the car would look like to Nobutora, Konpeki, and Aeto as well.

-------------------------------

Meanwhile Yuki had just arrived at the Genei which was docked in hangar 7D. I guess the rest of the unit will be arriving shortly. Yuki thought as she waited.

-------------------------------

Unlike normal shuttles, the shuttle that Karasu and Angela had flown in on was hardly a commercial liner. It was more of a materials transport that occasionally dabbled in passengers, definitely a cheaper ride but it lacked any amenities. As the shuttle approached Neo Kohana it veered toward the bottom of the massive asteroid. Ships could be seen flying in and out through the various holes and tunnels that lined the bottom of the asteroid. Finally the ship slid into one of the holes as well and docked. As Angela and Karasu left the ship they could quickly surmise that this was hangar 37F. Using a downloadable map of the area, it was easy to locate hangar 7D and it was only a 15 minute trip to the hangar from their current location.
