Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

Mitsuko lagged slightly behind, finishing her other sandwich and soda before following the other two. As she left, she sent a politely worded message to Charisma to be spread to the others on the Eucharis, notifying them of the sandwiches that had been left in the Wardroom. She didn't want them to go to waste, after all the trouble they'd caused.

Soon enough she joined her two roommates in their cabin, which seemed rather packed at the moment. Murakami glanced between Izokia's sword and Misato's, sighing. So, that's how this was going to be. "You two...here. L-let me worry about this." She squeezed her way past them, launching into a full-on reorganization. And she'd just tidied before her unplanned nap, too.

"Your clothes will get all wrinkled, Suzume-chan. What if we wind up with another surprise shore leave?" Mitsuko moved clothing back into the lockers, moving uniforms to one and everything else to the other. The books the two of them had collected could be stored under the bed, certainly. The Neko's eyes gleamed behind her glasses as she steadily attacked the organizational problem, squeezing everything into the limited space they had without making things cluttered or hard to access. It would have been remarkable, if it wasn't such a mundane task.

If Izokia would allow her, Mitsuko would also arrange her uniforms and items into one of the lockers as well. It was much easier, since she hadn't collected as much yet. She'd even arrange the two swords nicely on top of the lockers, on display.

"I hope you don't mind the non-regulation bedclothes, Izokia-Hei. They're very comfortable." She smiled as she finished changing both bunks, new sheets and pillowcases in place. The flowery prints stood out quite a bit. "I picked them out of a cargo drop we rummaged through. There's a few different sets. Oh, that's where most of the books came from, too. Feel free to take a look." The books seemed to be an equal mixture of technical manuals and, oddly, adventure novels. Mitsuko smiled, satisfied now that everything was properly arranged.

"Oh they don't bother one bit, they actually look quite nice. Would any of those books have info on some medical tech I have some ideas I want to try out?"

Izokia handed off her clothes and to Mitsuko who quickly took them and organized them into the locker at speeds far beyond Izokia's comprehension. When Mitsuko moved toward the swords Izokia was hesitant to let the trophies out off her hands.

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 2

Bors laid on a beach chair and briefly shielded his eyes from the glaring sun before he was quickly better he was shaded by a parasol.

"That better Bors?" a tall, slender, yet busty, blonde woman in a red Bikini said to him.

"It is Marie, thanks. Where's your sister?" Bors asked the woman before an Identical woman, save for a small beauty mark next to her right eye, knelt down next to him.

"I'm right next to you silly." She said with a giggle handing him a pair of dark sunglasses, "Are you starting to lose your sight old man?"

Bors new that Lilly, Marie's sister, was joking with him she always poked fun at his age even though she was only five years younger than him and let a slight smile cross his face though saying nothing in retort. Putting his hands behind his head he enjoyed the vast ocean that was spread out before him with the waves gently lapping at the shore with a very light sea breeze.

"This is the life huh girls? Don't think this could get any better." He said before another voice spoke out to him.

"I can think of one, but then again thinking wasn't your strong point was it Mr. Riko?"

Looking over to see who was talking to him, he noticed a curvy woman with dark green hair framing her face strutting her way towards him carrying a large frosted glass of beer on a silver tray. "You always know how to make a man feel good about himself Doc. Bors said without attempt to hide his sarcasm,"Like the swimsuit by the way." The Nepleslian woman blushed as she handed him the drink before nervously adjusting her hair over her pointed ears.

"It was the only thing I could find in my size.." she said adjusting her revealing suit in an attempt to cover herself better, "Getting comfortable with your twin friends there Bors?" She said in an attempt to move the conversation away from her and put Bors in the spotlight again. Hardly barely noticing that they had been rubbing his shoulders, Bors waved them off before draining some of his drink, "They're old business associates, what do you expect?" he said trying not to notice the miffed expression on the twins faces.

"Ah I see," The Green hared woman said with a hint of sadness as she sat next to Bors on the beach chair and snuggled up to him.Tracing her finger around his various scars and tattos on his chest she looked him in the eye with an pouty expression on her face "I can't believe that you invite them to the beach with you before you even call me. I fixed your hands after you lost them and let you lay low in my place before you left Neplesia, as well as other things that could have gotten me killed or worse, you scoundrel you.

Bors sighed "Your right, I should have gotten to you first is there anything I can do to make it up to you?"

The Green haired doctor's expression changed to a sly smile as she shifted herself to her knees so she was looking down at Bors, "Oh I have a few ideas." she said her hands slowly moved behind her toward her upper back.

"Oh if I must" Bors said sarcastically as he leaned over to set his drink on the ground.

*THUD*

Bors awoke to the floor an Inch away from his face, as well as a slight pain washing over his body. Pushing himself up from the floor Bors leaned up against the side of his bed and rubbed his head, "What a dream, how long has it been sense I've been back home, six no seven years?" Shaking his head Bors thought about the last time he saw the closest thing to family he had as they helped him get off of Neplesia without being killed. "I need to check in on them once in awhile" he thought as he stood up and headed over to his desk to shuffle though some notes he had to see if he had any contact info for them. His search was intrupted however when he noticed a small red circle appear on the middle of his desk, and was shortly followed by another one. "What the..?" he said as he wiped his finger underneath his nose and saw the dark red streak of blood, "Oh you've got to be kidding me!"

Throwing on an undershirt, he quickly moved to the bathroom to stop his nosebleed and wash his hands.

Lounge

Having stemmed the flow of blood from his nose with a wad of toilet paper Bors made his way back to his cabin when he noticed the trio of nekos in Cabin 4.

"Hope I'm not interrupting anything," He said leaning on the cabin door frame, "You guys showing the new crew member around or something? Not beating her up or anything are you?" He added with a slight laugh.

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin #4

Misato looked at Bors and nodded, "But now you ruined it, I was working on get her to feel a false sense of security. Then you had to walk up and blow the whole thing." She punched him slightly hard in the shoulder, "Guess I'm just going to have to abuse you then..." She forced a smile on her face as she tried to be a bit social, even though all she wanted to do is find a dark quiet place on the ship and not think about anything.

"What's up with the blood on your shirt?" Misato asked as the frown creep back on her face at the sight of the red stain.

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

Mitsuko left the sword in Izokia's hands, although she did leave a spot clear right next to Misato's sword. Just in case she changed her mind. "Oh, there are a few books dealing with medical practices. I have only looked through the, um, most basic ones, though. It's just a hobby." She took another look at her roommate, noting the teal Medical uniform. "You might be able to better appreciate the more complicated ones, of course."

She settled back down into her desk chair, idly straightening the items on the desk as Bors appeared. Mitsuko also couldn't help but notice what Misato pointed out. "You've got red on you."

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

"Don't beat me up to bad, Don't wanna give our new crew member something to do on her first day on board." Bors said jokingly a he rubbed his shoulder after Misato's playful punch. Half heartily wiping at the red stain on his shirt Bors looked up at the two nekos "I was taking a quick nap and fell out of bed and got a nosebleed, was hoping it didn't get on the shirt." Licking his thumb Bors rubbed at the stain a bit more before shrugging and giving up on trying to get the blood out of his shirt without washing it.

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

Izokia looked up from her sword "Thats great thanks maybe I can teach you some of what I know." She paused when the new person stopped by the room a barely detectable cringe crossed her face at Misato's comment but she managed to bury the thought fairly quickly and replace it with a small smile. Timidly she said "glad to see that you didn't do anything that would need my help, well Misato could make that happen I guess" SHe shrugged with a small chuckle. "Im Izokia-Hei your new medic" she said in her normal mouse like voice.

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin #4

With a mean look on her face Misato spoke, "Well you see when a guy like Bors is being a perv, his body tries to fight the impurities in his brain, so it pumps extra blood there, well there really isn't much room up there for his nasty thoughts, brain matter, testosterone and the blood. So some of it leaks out his face." She was proud at her little medical explanation. "In reality I doubt he was napping at all..."

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

"You got me, I was actually reading my mountain of erotic mags that I keep in my cabin without Natsumi knowing." Bors said sarcastically while putting his hands up in defeat, before transitioning to a deep bow "Please forgive me for being so pervy."

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

"You basic impulse are forgiven" Izokia said as she returned the bow with smile on her face. "Now if you'll excuse me I promised myself I'd get a backup made before I ate the next scheduled meal, so Ill see you all in the wardroom." She turned to leave the now very cramped cabin.

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin #4

Her new roommate's statement hit a nerve, "When was the last time you two got a back-up?" She looked at them hoping to hear it was 10 minutes ago, though she knew better, The three of them had come aboard pretty much the same time, they were all siblings on ship.

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Bridge

Noticing the attention the XO was putting into looking at the readings, Chieko made her way to the Mission Operations station to get a look at what was happening. The labels seemed to make enough sense for her to interpret, which made her do a double take at their armour damage. Keeping that in mind she then pulled up a current top view of the area where the away team was and grew concerned at how little time was left between what looked like large bands of intense dust laden winds.

The young scientist then opened the comm. ((viewtopic.php?f=63&t=10311&p=158088#p158088))

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

Mitsuko giggled at the conversation, before Misato turned serious. "I um...I try to update mine once a day, whenever I have the time. With SPINE, it's easy enough. I updated when we were back on the ship, before I removed my Mindy." She nodded as Izokia left. She would need to do her first full backup in medical.

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

"I usually try to get them between missions, or right before them. Backups are a bit painful for me seeing as I lack a SPINE, but the machine has some painkillers so its not so bad I guess." Bors said moving to the side to let Izokia pass and get to the medical bay. "Why the sudden interest?" Though he suspected something was eating at Misato, he decided not to go about asking directly in case he was wrong or triggered some unwanted response.

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin #4

"I'm just making sure you two don't go off and get weeks or months erased cause you guys forget." Misato tried to smile, before dropping down on the lower bunk. She motioned to the foot of the bed, "Bors if you want have a seat."

"Anyways Mimi-chan, dear you don't have to sacrifice half your bed for me, I've slept before on the bench in the PA bay, It won't kill me..." She frowned for a second, "It won't bother me to sleep there."

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

Mitsuko really didn't want to talk about backups anymore, so she was glad to let that thread of the conversation go. She frowned back at Misato. "No. Cargo belongs in the Cargo Bay. Armor belongs in the Armor Bay." She shook her head. "You belong here, with me. In this cabin. Everything in its proper place." She nodded after that, with things firmly decided.

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin #4

Misato stared at the logistics neko, her mouth trying to form a sentence but the girl got her. "I...ummm.... You really think things can be sorted so easily don't you?" She giggled a little watching Mimi. "Take Bors here, I would have him live in the PA bay... but that is cause he smells like he should." She said with a grin aimed at him. "But if you are sure... I'll stay in here."

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

"I don't smell that bad." Bors said said, crossing his arms and leaning back up against the door frame. "You know Mitsuko if shes so insistent on sleeping in the PA or cargo bay might as well let her. Hell she's pry gonna sneak out in the middle of the night and go cozy up with a nice box down in the cargo bay on ya."

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin 4

Mitsuko blushed as her roommate giggled at her. "Wh-what's so funny? Hmph." She crossed her arms, frowning at Misato. Riko's comments did draw a hint of a smile from her, though. "I know, she tried to sleep on the floor one night."

Re: [Mission 19.3]

Cabin #4

"And one of the first nights you were aboard I got plastered and passed out in the PA bay also... So what is your point." Misato stuck her tongue out, "And I mean you said Cargo goes in the Cargo bay, PAs go in the PA bay, and I go in here with you... you sorted me."

She looked at Bors glaring, "I won't sneak out to visit a box... but the MINDYs down there are starting to get kind of good looking."
