Re: [Mission 8.3] Escape From Veritas
Sune rapidly composed a message, he ensured that the message was accurate but would not provide any information on the Eucharis status. He transmitted it via subspace.
Listening to the flow of information coming from the other on the bridge, Sune took a moment to plot the flight path of the Telemachus, its rate of travel, then added in the Eucharis trajectory, and velocity. He then tried to calculate an intercept vector, but the distance and speeds were too great.
Sune then turned to face Hanako. "Taisa, while it would be more desireable to persue the Telemachus and attempt to capture it. It is unlikely that we could engage it before it flew into a NMX vessel. Should we not consider that is has been taken over by hostile forces and fire upon it?"
Sune paused for a moment before continuing, "It would be a more humane fate than what any civilians, or Star Army Personnel can expect at the hands of the Mishhuvurthyar. We can restore our missing personnel from their mental backups." Sune offered.
