Bridge
Eden returned to her seat just as Kawazoe Riku was getting a transmission from the enemy vessel and swept her finger forward to denote that the visual transmission should go to the main screen at the forward section of the bridge. She turned her head slightly at the sight before her.
Three barely, if at all, clothed women with giant racks atop their heads that sprouted from their temples sat on a bridge dissimilar from the Kaiyō's own. It was angular, its consoles were bulky, and there were random green designs throughout it, likely a language. Two of the women brought their hooved hands up to rest their chins on while the other remained placid in the middle of them.
"This is the YSS Kaiyō, a Yamataian vessel known as NG-x1 440. You have killed Star Army of Yamatai personnel and engaged us in battle. State your intent and we can rectify this issue!" Eden said out.
The center-most antlered woman spoke, "We are the
Elefirn and you are an enemy of the
Interstellar Kingdom of Kuvexia and will be persecuted accordingly."
Eden stood from her chair and her black hair whipped around her back. She looked to Riku and swiped her hand across her neck, denoting it was time to cut the connection.
"Tactical retreat, Meissa!" Eden called out to the away team's leader, allowing the rest of the Kaiyō to hear the order. She went on audibly to the bridge officers, "Kyōi-hei, I'll take weapons if you invest your full self to piloting. I want those last two ships lined up, one behind the other. Begin to work to move them into position in one minute, time enough for our away team to get back inside! It will be tricky, but I believe in you. Kawazoe-hei, let the squadron know what we're dealing with over here and be sure they know our current position."
She turned on her heel and sat back down on the bridge and double checked the main aether array would be ready before beginning to down the remainder of the bombers with precision and accuracy by utilizing the turbo aether turrets and heavy quad anti-mech cannons. The away team wouldn't have to worry about the enemy threat while she was at the helm. Their top concern should be getting back on board.
