OOC YSS Kaiyō II Discussion

Some transparency updates:
  • With Rob coming back for this mission, the setting (and possibly phase!) of the mission will change as he wants to take down the forcefield of the dome. Be prepared for a little change of scenery once we get there.
  • There will be a Kikyo no Sekku/Beach Day open RP JP (joint post) on Saturday, the 27th at 5:30 pm PST where I hope to see Kaiyo crew. If you can't show up, that's okay. If there is interest, I want to do a Kaiyo only JP around midnight IC time on that private island for some social RP like Hanami.
  • I want to know what people want to do next mission! Give me what you're hungering for in RP, please!! I want to cater to you guys the players as much as I can, so please let me know what you want to be served!
    • I have broad stroke plans for the places we're going, but there are many ways to go about it. Want to do a non-combat mission that's more political at the Empress' Palace in Kyoto? Want to do a large ground operation where we have to save a Yamataian or Uesureyan occupied world? Or something else? Please DM if you want to be private or post here but I want to hear from everyone <3
 
People seem to be slowing down their posting for whatever reason. Knowing what you guys want in the next mission, like I asked in my last post, would really help with retaining your attention so I'd appreciate knowing!

Any interest in doing the end of Kikyo no Sekku as a social JP? I think this one would be the type that we open it up starting on a Friday and close it that Sunday night and you all drop in as you can. This weekend or next weekend work better for people?

About the GM post:
Just search your character's name since it's really thiq. Next one will be, too, but we're getting to the mission point that makes it a little more than just Gundam Battle Operation 2 inspired. Just leave Hoshi alone, I'd say, as I'll be self-stroking unless you want to have your character watch.

Nameless, your post was especially thought out and really made the scene more interesting to read and to respond to as a GM!
 
It will be the sort of thing that you stop by whenever you can and write, nothing scheduled for specific times! People should also do a ping on the discord or here to let others know you'll be on the pad and they can show up if they're around.

Let's do it next weekend since people are into it
