Empress Motoyoshi Katsuko and Star Army Command announced today the promotion of Shimizu Akina, former second in command of the Fifth Expeditionary Fleet and lover of the new Empress, as the Taisho of the Fourth Standard Fleet. Nearly a month ago, the KdIS did a report on colonization effort in the newly discovered Northern Sector.
