Hello Star Army!

Late last night we completed a software update to the Star Army forums. We're now on Xenforo 2.1. For a list of new features, see this post on the Xenforo forum. One of the things you'll probably notice that we have more reactions to posts than just "Like" now. Under the hood we now have an API system which we can eventually use to do all kinds of connecting to other software. We now also support video uploads.

Star Army wishes you a happy Valentine's Day and/or "singles awareness day" - if you make a post with your character kissing another player character today, and PM (conversation) me a link on the forum, I'll get some sort of artwork for you character (I'm thinking something fast, cute, and inexpensive like a chibi). Hope you all are feeling the love.

The news of the moment is:

1. Due to some problems with the current forum style, which started during the last software update, I'm going to take it offline and re-install it in an attempt to fix it, so there will be a brief period where the site looks different because one of the other styles will be made the primary one.
2. It's YE 41 in the RP now (for new threads)!
3. Join me and each other for a community meeting on Discord Voice chat at 9pm Eastern Time...

 

Hey Star Army!

I'm scouting out potential new staff members and I want to get your feedback. Who do you think would make a good staff member or moderator, and why?

Qualities I'm looking for is they're unflappably positive and respectful under pressure, they know SARP like the back of their hand, and they're able to work with everyone else in SARP (people skills are huge). Responsibilities include helping GMs create RP and helping members resolve their conflicts swiftly.

I wanted to let you know that I'm going to be removing any article in the wiki's "work in progress" section that hasn't been edited in over a year. This will occur on or around January 1st, 2019. If you're still working on an article, please make some update to it to update the "last modified" date on the file and it won't be touched.
