It looks like we've gotten all the survey results we're going to get so it's time to discuss the results! I posted the raw stuff on the staff forum where we're looking things over and I'm going to give the summary here with some analysis.

Hello, Star Army!

I hope you were able to sleep in and get some good coffee this morning. As we start off a new IC and OOC year, I want to introduce our newest staff member, @demibear !

Demibear will be joining the Roleplay division of staff. Their job is to:

1. Help players make and submit characters and approve submitted characters - particularly anyone who just joined
2. Keep in contact with players and help them find RPs to join
3. Help GMs as needed (planning, etc)...

As we start a new year, I want to first thank all of you for being here with us! We made it through 2020!

Next, I want to remind everyone that we're now in YE 43, the 43rd year of the Yamataian Calendar, which is the site standard for time-tracking. Instead of lining up by years like we have for a while, we've voted to switch to a month-based system where you have 2 months IRL/OOC to get stuff done in each IC/in-universe month, of which there are 9 in the...

 

We're always trying to make Star Army better. We've just added a suggestions forum and, and like in the past, we're also asking for your feedback by doing a yearly survey. I'd really love to see everyone answer here. The survey is used to guide me and the staff as we plan for the next year.
